Could not fault this hotel. Everything was as one would expect from a hotel. Great location, large spotless rooms, free wifi, delicious food, great buffet breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. I'll be staying here again.

Well i am living in Thailand and PHUKET is one of the most expensive parts of Thailand. That being said it is a wonderful holiday destination.

Now this hotel is 50 metres to the southern end of Patong beach has a great restaurant will all sorts of food and the prices are the same as anywhere else if not a BIT CHEAPER (yes believe that!) in Patong.

Now the pools are lovely. The staff and everything written here well deserved. Yes the Holiday inn is opposite if you want 3 pools and 5million rooms. This is a resort styled hotel and very relaxing. Now the prices in Patong are pretty much what you pay - you get.. so if you get a deal on around 3500 baht then that will be a great hotel Under that don't expect Western comforts so much This place is expensive... notice how many Australians are here??

Room tip: Now the food in the restaurant and setting is FABULOUS and the trips and prices in the hotel are the SAME as you will get on the street. they strive for excellence and I was recommended here by a friend who works at Banyan Tree resorts!

My 4th time in Phuket, and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Phuket. Location is good, not far from Bangla Road, but far enough to avoid the very loud noises coming from there at night. Great king size bed, complimentary mini bar replenished everyday, a day bed on the balcony what else can you ask for? Staff is attentive and very friendly (typical Thai hospitality). Breakfast spread was excellent, but perhaps they could change some of the choices daily (all 3 days breakfast was the same)

Love the smell of the whole resort, smells like peppermint (thumbs up!) And all the rooms are non-smoking rooms which is a plus point. Smoking only permitted in areas such as the pool bar or at your own room balcony.

Will definitely return and refer this lovely place to my friends and family.

This is my second visit to Phuket. After doing heaps of research on hotels in and around Patong Beach, decided to stay at Burasari based on reviews and value for money. I read previous reviews and was aware of the smell issue every bad review spoke about. However, one needs to bear in mind this smell is prevalent throughout Patong Beach. There is an oil burner in the bathroom and Housekeeping regularly tops up the aromatic oils and that seems to help with the smell. The smell issue still does not affect the whole Burasari experience for me. Our friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed in Premier Rooms and the rooms were close enough to the pool. There are 2 swimming pools, but the hotel could do with a few more lounge chairs poolside. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away so you could still find a spot for sunbaking even if the pool was busy!

Our room had a King bed and that was amazing. The bathroom came complete with a rain shower and a handheld showerhead with a bathtub. And two sinks!!! The only bad thing I can say is the temperature of the rain shower was fairly hard to control/adjust and I ended up using the handheld shower most of the time. No big deal.

Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food on offer.

The hotel is pretty, specially the pool, the location is excellent (if you like to party, if you want to relax, Patong beach is not for you). The service is regular, but no major issues. The bad thing is that we had to change the room three times: the first room on the last floor had water on the floor after a heavy rain, the second room (with private entrance to the pool) was smelt very musty and the smell of sewerage in the bathroom, the last room was ok, but small. The breakfast variety was limited.
