The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing and well worth the stay. It was situated on the edge of town which is perfect if you don't want to be in the mix of the day and night life. Only a 1min scooter ride and 5-10min walk to Patong Beach and shops. Majority of the staff are friendly, but always check your receipts as they tired to charge us for drinks we didn't order. Other than that - everyone seemed friendly. The breakfast buffet is to die for and a range of different options every night of the week for dinner.
Beautiful views over the bay from your room and plenty to do - relax, swim, sunbake, gym, happy hour at the bar, movies in your room :)

We stayed here for 8 nights and was our first time in Phuket. The hotel is located just off the south end of Patong Beach, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Patong but only a 10min walk to the bars and restaurants on the seafront. The hotel was clean and modern and maintained to a high standard. We dined in the hotel one night and dined out for the others to experience different restaurants. We used the pool area everyday and had lunch at the hotel. The drinks were a bit more expensive than the bar/restaurants in Patong but 50% happy hours throughout the day certainly made it more attractive use the hotel bars at these times. I'm sure if these were available for longer the hotel bars would be used even more. The facilities were excellent, rooms kept spotless and insect free. We'd definitely stay here again rather than the hotels in Patong Beach for a more relaxing experience.

Right near Patong but on the outskirts so you're relatively secluded- a beautiful resort. Clean, super friendly staff, great rooms with beach views. Food at the restaurants is really good. Great pools. The beach is beautiful but a little dirty from being so close to Patong. Overall, highly recommend.

What a beautiful place. From the lobby with the fantastic view to the rooms. Easy check inn. Rooms beautiful, clean with amazing views. The pools are also clean with great views. Breakfast was do die for. We enjoyed every minute! I made use of the fittness centre and I can't complain about anything. Ten minutes walk to town, definitely not to far. Would love to go back!

I picked this hotel as I have stayed with this chain before and I was not disappointed. The hotel was on the out skirt of town but it was only a 10 min walk to get to town which made it great if you do not want the loud noise of the town centre. The rooms are amazing with all you will need and there all have views over the bay which is just good to wake up to.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was clean and had an amazing view. The lobby was also quite lovely. Room wifi was soso.
It was a little trek from the room to the lobby uphill but it was nice. I enjoyed the workout. The pools were quite nice and the hotel was located close to phukets main strip. Which had many restaurants and shopping stalls.
The pool was my favorite thing about the hotel.

My wife and I, both senior citizens, stayed for 5 nights from 23-28 Feb 2014 in a superior room. We had requested a room keeping in view that we both have problems with steps. It was also our wedding anniversary. We were given flowers and a cake on arrival ! The hotel selected a wonderful room for us (1206) right above the beach overlooking the bay. Advise all to stay on any room in Block 1; the view is fantastic... cruise ships berthing, fireworks across the bay, water sports happening in front on the water... absolutely heavenly. Also midway between the Rim Talay restaurant & Pool as well as the lift to the Reception area. Both short gentle walks. No need to pay extra for the deluxe rooms in block 7 IF you take ANY of the 20 rooms in Block 1. The Breakfast was included in the package. It was a most fantastic BF ! Food at Rim Talay is not expensive and we had a nice candle lit dinner sitting practically on the beach in an open area in front od the restaurant. Cost including a beer and a Cocktail was just over 700 baht which is very fair. The courtesy of the staff EVERYWHERE was excellent with lovely smiles all the time.

A very helpful lady at the Travel desk helped us to select a suitable tour after patiently understanding our requirements & physical restrictions. She spoke to the tour operator on phone and made sure that our needs were met and we would have no problems. She was right !

I wonder if the hotel would care to clean the rooms twice a day ... it WOULD be nice.

One doesn't want to leave the Resort at all, but a trip to Phuket town is only 10 mins away. The Tuk Tuk takes 200 baht each way ... which is a bit of a "rip-off" ! The hotel should have a shuttle service into town and not just to Kata beach or wherever.

Fantastic stay ... THANK You Amari (: We will be BACK !!
