If you have young kids avoid this hotel! They advertised kids club and kids pool... The kids club is a very small room with only a few crappy toys and you can only sign your kids in for a maximum of 2 hours a day. Trust me kids will be bored after 20mins.
The kids pool is a small section barricaded of from 2 deeper pools. The kids can easily jump over the barricade and enter the deeper pool. This is very dangerous.
The actual resort is clean and staff are very friendly. I just feel I researched this hotel quite extensively and had a high expectation but was really let down due to the fact it did not cater for my needs. Sort of like false advertising!!! But I sort of felt this way about the whole of Phuket!!!

you stay here for one reason mainly - the pool, which is the best feature of the hotel. Location is awesome, but the servoice could do with some pepping up. Its the small touches that really shape service which frankly most of the staff don't look overly bothered to go out there way, but there are a few gems still.

Stayed in sea view room with a very hard bed (got 4 mattress toppers and still hard!) but it straightened out my back after a long flight. Staff at front desk smiley and helpful, but no one around resort as happy. Beautiful view from pools and lobby. Best buffet breakfast of our trip in Thailand, good western and thai food. Buggy from bottom of hill to lobby quite helpful but not always available straight away. Beach just below the resort was best of Phuket, beautiful cove with rocks and very clear water. Nice restaurant right next to the 7/11 as you come out of novotel. Food by pool not great and overly priced. Don't buy tours through hotel, can bargain with people on the street for around half the price for exact same tour. All in all, a very nice resort, would definitely return if ever came back to Phuket.

We were so happy with this resort, after a rather disapointing experience with another hotel i Patong we decided to check out this resort. As it is during peak season we did not have high hopes of booking a nice room last minute. But we were so pleased with the service of the staff, they went out of their way to find us a room, first night we got a superior garden view room witch was really very nice and for the following two nights we got upgraded to delux seaview room witch was amacing with the most stunning seaview. We will definitly come back to this resort and would have stayed longer had we not already booked our flight to Samui.

Not a good value for your money. Rooms were tiny, bathroom very dingy, bad shower, non-carpeted floors, not enough towels, gross gym, small pool, no hottub, no elevators, spa non-air conditioned, hotel staff spoke terrible english and knew the area very poorly, hotel not located central to Patong Beach.

PLUS-right on the beach-literally steps to the beach. Breakfast buffet good value for $10 US. Bottom line if you are looking for a nice beach motel then this is a decent choice, if you are looking for a nice hotel then book elsewhere.

Room Tip: Lower floors are better because closer to beach.

Very pleasant stay and a great experience with amazing breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. Beautiful place to stay with clean and very well maintained pools. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The view from the balcony was amazing. The view of the 3 pools is one of the best and the location of the hotel is another plus point.

Room Tip: Deluxe rooms facing the sea are very calm and quiet

I was in this hotel with my wife two years ago and we went for the buffet which was 699 THB [two times a week for seafood]and the guality of the food and everything else was great. So, this year we went back to Patong , so we desided to visit the hotel again.Unfortunatly we were dissapointed couse the food was terrible, the price was higher which is ok , [799 THB] ,and we realised that even Thailand , like every other place, is changing when they get lots of customers. They dont care about quality when they get more guests.Of course i told them my opinion but the only answer they said to me was:Oh, we are sorry...I did not expect to get money back beacouse i am not like this, and i wouldnt dare, but at least they would get every thing as it was before and get the customers back.Staff was very nice, service was good , but food was burned and not so much guantity like two years ago.I only wright this review to make these managers at this hotel to make it better.

Room Tip: I did not stay in this hotel.I went only for the buffet.
