We went over to Phuket for our 30th wedding anniversary for 2 weeks. We spent alot of time in the awesome pool, the room was amazing as to were the waiters, house keeping staff and receptionists. We had some meals at the pool bar. We did have a massage at the motel each however I found the first massage parlor first left just after the motel was awesome and only 1/10th of the Motel price. 'Ask for Choy'. I had one every day and it was only $9 NZ Dollars an hour. The breakfasts are to die for and a huge selection of EVERYTHING. They actually kept us going all day and we didn't eat again until dinner time. The Motel was right in the town centre so that was so handy but we couldn't believe NO traffic noice at all. Watch out for the mo-peds that pull up and ask if you are English and yes they ARE selling something.
We also travelled in the last two weeks in March and it was 2 weeks of 36 degrees. No sign of rain at all.
Have as wonderful trip as we did and relax.

Room Tip: We were in room 3402, no noice at all. You can look down onto the pool and pool bar.

As an Accor Advantage Plus member I booked two (twin share) swim up rooms where we have our own private jacuzzi with access to the pool bar from the room. As a VIP guest, I would expect nothing less than First Class service. Firstly, I must say that ALL the staff were fantastic throughout my stay and even though I had a problem with losing my keycard, and my guest leaving, I had a lengthy discussion with the night manager and we finally sorted out the situation and came to a sensible arrangement. My Issue Is This. When i originally booked the rooms, I booked them as TWIN SHARE. (THAT MEANS - TWO PEOPLE) I don't mind having to register an un-registred guest BUT to charge me 1500BHT each time is TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS. Considering the amount of money I spent at the Resort over eight nights, I was not happy. I am glad that the manager cancelled these fees as i was a VIP Guest but who needs a problem like this in the first place. As a result, although I really enjoyed this Resort, in future, I will have no choice but to stay at a 'Girl Friendly' Resort (which does not charge a fee) of which there are plenty..!

i saw this hotel newly open during my last trip to phuket in 2012. I already had plans tp stay here in 2013 and it finally it happened & man!! Worth the wait. I was received well during my check in and was brought to my room by one of the intern by the name of rohit. Kudos to him for the excellent service. Amazing swimming pool, spacious room and decent room. A hotel which suits families who intend to stay in phuket. The transport counter was efficient in arranging our trip back to the airport. May not suit some of the guests who are partygoers as for this hotel is more of a upperclass hotel and has surcharges for additional guests.

A big hotel with an equally big pool! On the whole my stay here was a good experience! However, there are some minor draw backs. On checking in I was given my room key and directed to the lifts, but more was said. For a new hotel the lifts are slow, small and too few. Finding the room wasn't easy either, as my room began with 5XXX which was on the same floor as the Lobby/reception. Bizarre! We were given free Wifi codes on check-in, yet for my entire 5 days I could not get a signal in my room to which staff told me this often problem. I wrote this review in the lobby, where it worked fine, albeit a bit of an inconvenience! Finally, being such a large hotel it was very busy and noisy at times.

Room Tip: Get a room higher up if you want a bit more peace and quiet!

A great location within walking distance of beach, shops, shopping centre and eateries. Staff of the motel were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and provided great air-conditioning after a steaming hot day out and about.
If I had to make a criticism it would be the slamming of doors by other guests if you are trying to sleep. Doors could possibly be changed to slow closing so that the banging does not occur. There is also a door bell for each room which can be heard in adjacent rooms. Several times I thought the door bell was to my room but was the room next door.
The positives of the motel far outweighed the two negatives above and would definitely stay again and recommend to other travellers.

It took us about 45 minutes from the airport to the hotel by taxi. The staff served us with a warm towel and welcome drink. The front desk staff who helped us to check in was very nice and informative. He showed us around the hotel and then guided us to our room. He also gave us the code to use free wifi and the connection was really great even inside our room.

The hotel lobby was decorated nicely with the Thai culture and has plenty of sofa sets for the guest to sit. They have a souvenir shop and a few computers in front of the souvenir shop for the guest to use freely. The pool was very nice, clean and big too. They has a fitness centre and spa too which we did not have time to try.

We stayed in a superior king room, but it was spacious and had a sofa bed. The room had a small balcony with a great pool view. It also had bathroom amenities, in room safe, ironing facilities, small fridge and also complete with coffee/tea maker The bed was very comfy too. We had a very good sleeping quality there.

When we were having breakfast, the staffs again were very nice, friendly and they were really attentive to see that our needs were met. It had a wide variety of food selections, however the taste did not meet our expectation.

The hotel is located very well in the middle of Patong area. Going out from the hotel we can find many restaurants that sell local to international foods. There were also lots of bars, minimarts, souvenir shops, plenty of travel agents too. Walk about 10 minutes, there is Jungceylon one of the biggest mall in Phuket. It took us only 5 minutes to walk to Patong Beach.

Overall we had a great experience staying there and definitely will recommend it to our friends. If by any chance we are going to Phuket again, this hotel will be our first choice to stay.
