This used to be quite a nice place for a civilised drink. Unfortunately, the service these days is appalling and everything shockingly overpriced. Why 160 baht for a pint of Singh when the same costs just 130 baht in Soi 4 Bangkok - then 90 baht during happy hour? Was ready to order some food, but no one bothered to come and take my order. A tourist trap if ever there was one and the girl pouring the drinks - her rudeness is such that she's clearly not up for the job and hopefully soon won't have one.

I've been to Irish Times more than a few times, and it's because of their consistency that I keep returning. Being able to order the same thing on different visits and have it come out the same way is a commodity around here, and this place nails it down. They've got a great Sunday roast with everything you could imagine for a pretty decent price. Their salads are really good, and the breakfast they serve is a really good value. It's an authentic atmosphere and they kick it up a notch with live Irish music at night as well. If you're wandering around Jung Ceylon, stop in for a pint and a meal. You'll enjoy if for sure.

Located in Jungcelyon mall (hope I spelled that right) the Irish times pub is as real as it gets in Thailand. When you step in to the pub, for a moment you literally forget, that you're in thailand. Its authentic and the food is great! the staff is mostly thai though, which reminds you where you are again, but even though our waiters English was a little poor, she really made sure that she had gotten our order right and made an effort to make sure that we understood her. She was also smiling and very nice.

We went there for lunch, and ordered a chicken salad, a sandwich and potato skins, all were great and the portions were big, so great value for money.
My Irish boyfriend was very exited that they had magners cider, but commended that for an Irish pub, the whiskey selection was a little poor.

Been here a few nights with my family and the food is great with the selection of traditional irish fare excellent as well as many other choices of menu all of which is delivered by staff efficiently and friendly,
The bar is run and owned by an irish family all of whom i spoke to they were helpful polite and informative putting you at ease as if you were in local pub back home and they have created a truly authentic irish feel to the bar both with decor and drinks with pints of magners to die for.
It is situated in the middle of the ground floor shopping mall and is not to be missed and you will get plenty of value for your money and the girl singing in it last night was brilliant.
We will be back tonight.
