Went here looking for some basic uk food.

It was really good, the lasagne, I know not uk, was very good.

Service was quick and efficient. When you just wish a taste of back home, here is the place to come.

Food was home cooked and good.

Went into the Irish Times Pub last Sunday evening after looking up the website as it advised the only true Irish pub in Phuket. As the Dublin - Kerry All Ireland Football Semi-final would be on that night is sounded like the perfect place to watch it going on the website.
As Liverpool and Man Utd were playing soccer there was a few in there watching that with the commentary on. As the soccer just finished as the football match was starting we asked for the commentary to be switched over to the Dublin, the bar lady refused and put on music instead.
After 10 minutes of the football we asked again and this time it was done until the Arsenal soccer match started and the commentary was switched over to that.

Been in Bangkok the previous week to watch another GAA match in an Irish pub and was advised by the barman because it is an Irish bar, Irish sport comes before other sports when they clash.

We left the Irish Times at half time to find a number of better Irish pubs in Phuket.

We ate here twice, food was consistent, beer was cold, it was a good place to have a rest from all the shopping and millions of people!

If you are looking for a basic meal for a change you couldn't do better than a great Irish stew - also have a great range of other meals and beer and wine to choose from - give it a go. Located in food court in Jung Ceylon Centre.

Visited this pub to try the Sunday carvery. The pub has good decor and looks reasonably authentic.

The waitress was grumpy and impolite throughout our time there. She even told me off for feeding my girlfriend a piece of lamb (despite the fact she had her own meal).

Bill came to 1,090 baht for a carvery, pork chops, glass of water and pint of beer. Very expensive for Thailand and nothing was of a quality to warrant that expense.

All-in-all a bad experience.
