Pan Yaah is opposite the recently completed Indochine Resort a few kilometres north of Patong. The menu has an emphasis on local fresh seafood as well as all the usual Thai dishes. They even have a selection of 'Western' food which includes such rare delicacies as spaghetti bolognaise, The white prawns are good, but the best for me is the charcoal grilled tiger prawns charged by weight. Two or three will be enough. Try a banana pancake with vanilla ice-cream to finish off the meal Views are spectacular over Patong Bay. Prices exceptionally reasonable.
