“Lovely well priced food”
Reviewed December 5, 2013

This restaurant is one of the best in Patong, Phuket, they serve everything from steak to the best Thai food. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other restaurants who serve the same food and this food is of superior quality. If you are in Thailand I suggest you eat here everyday you will not be disappointed.

“Don't try going for an early lunch”
Reviewed December 5, 2013 via mobile

We stopped by the restaurant at 12:20pm on a Thursday and were surprised to see a sign that says open at 1pm. I asked the staff and all they said was "open at 1".
We left quite disappointed and don't plan to go back.

“Looks small and grubby but amazing!”
Reviewed November 30, 2013

This place looks small and grubby from outside , but the food is amazing and sooooo cheap!
So close to our hotel and every time we went we would order 5 or 6 dishes and just share to get all the tastes. Including noodles and rice and beers this would have cost about £4.00. Ridiculous!
Would def reccommend if you want a real taste of thai!

“You'll enjoy it so much, just one visit isn't enough”
Reviewed November 26, 2013 via mobile

Whilst its nice to eat in some of the swanky hotel restaurants or those overlooking the sea at the northern end of Patong Beach, its equally as enjoyable having authentic Thai food, with freezing cold beers at a local place - run by the locals. The Tom Yam Goong is sensational and if you're into fresh vicinity for the juice, fabulous. Average cost for a couple if mains, 2 large bottles of Chang beer and a vicinity is around 500THB. So really good, and really cheap. Staff are prompt, service is with a smile and the place is clean. Beware - they have 2 days off a month, the 10th & 25th, but then again, they have a sister restaurant a few hundred meters up the road called No. 9 Second Restaurant (or similar)

“Must eat here!”
Reviewed November 25, 2013 via mobile

We went to no 9 because it was just down from our resort. We ate here most days after that, if it was closed we went down the street to 2nd no 9 and it was just as good! No other resturant measured up to standard after that! Very recommended.
