This is very nice hotel. Now I waiting to check out and need to go to airport soon. What I want to say, the staff is friendly. The location is very good to me, short walking distance to shopping complex.I wad sick when I stay in B-Lay Tong, thanks to the staff who help me on send me to hospital. Thanks to extend my check out time to late, I only can enjoy the pool and the jacuzzi on my last day day before check out. We love this so much, we will be back and stay in B-lay Tong again on my next visit.

Lovely modern hotel set across the road from the beach. I had a room with the whirlpool on the deck, a lovely addition. This a very modern, minimalist style of hotel offering resort facilities with a lovely swimming pool and reset chairs surrounding it.

The only issue was the smell coming from the drains in front of the hotel, but this is typical of Phuket.

Rooms were modern, light, functional and stylish, a lovely change from M-Gallery VIE Bangkok. The only compliant is that the air-con is a slit system unit which is noisy when it turns on. How could a modern hotel have split system air-con as opposed to built in, I do not know.

One of the criticisms that i have read about this hotel is its location as it is some distance from the action. In my view this is a plus. Its a lovely 15/20min stroll to the action of Phuket along the beach and shops offering T-shirts and Massage.

Overall this si a pleasant place to stay for a relaxing holiday

Room Tip: whirlpool is a great addition

The pics are accurate, the place is really beautiful. It's one of the few hotels that's actually near the beach and also near malls and nice restaurants. Three of the best restaurants in Phuket are within walking distance, Joe's Downstairs and its neighbors. The beach in this area is nice, very clean with nice sand, not too crowded.
The pool is outstanding. We also had a pool access room, and that pool was excellent as well. The swim-up bar, the glass wall pool, even the tiny lights embedded in the floor of the pool, all amazing. When you're in the pool you can see the sand and the surf of the beach. The drinks at the pool bar were reasonably priced and strong. We never saw the pool overly crowded.
The rooms were comfortable and very clean. If anything, they could have been a bit bigger, but all the extras they have in the room like the stereo, huge tub and shower stall, led color lighting, the pool access, the balcony, all make up for it. Was it worth it to get the pool access? Yeah. It really was nice to jump in the pool right off the deck.
We had dinner in the restaurant. It was the honeymoon package, highly recommend that by the ay. The dinner was a choice of Thai or Western and we had one of each. The Western was two thumbs up, but my wife didn't love her Thai set. Not bad, not outstanding.
The breakfast buffet is probably the best we've ever had anywhere. Omelet guy to make your eggs, sushi (?), a huge selection of Asian breakfast and dinner items (really like a dinner buffet), great selection of cheeses, pastries, breads, fresh honey with the comb, bacon, French toast, everything.
My wife kept commenting how much the whole hotel and the breakfast buffet reminded her of W Hotel, and I noticed that both are part of Accor, so it makes sense.
The staff were super helpful. The woman who checked us in also walked us to our rooms and gave us a quick tour of the hotel. When we arrived, all of our info had already been printed up and we just had to sign and it was done. I wish every hotel did this.
If I had to say anything negative it would be they try to overcharge you for a hotel taxi to the airport...$1200 baht, whereas a taxi of the street will be $500 and if you walk across the street you can get an executive sedan to take you for $700. Also, they try to overcharge you for anything you might want to buy from your hotel room. The cotton slippers were nice, but $900? As part of our package, we had an hour at the spa for two people. To us, it was a bonus, so we didn't mind that it was little more than a rubdown with oils. We would have been unhappy if we had paid the $1400 an hour they normally charged.
I can't imagine why someone would go to a hotel in Phuket that's blocks away from the beach (like Novotel) or up a mountain. This place was outstanding.

Room Tip: pool access was worth it...

Thank you so much for your kind comments!

We would like to charge lower prices for our transportation, but unfortunately, costs do not permit it. However, the local taxis generally do not have insurance and use their personal vehicles, which are not always properly maintenanced.

we recently had a 16 night stay at B-Lay Tong Phuket. Everything about the place was excellent. The service was great, we ate at the restaurant a few times for dinner and the food was spectacular. Breakfast was included in the room cost and you would be hard pressed to find a better selection elsewhere. Location wise was great. It is a short walk or taxi drive to the hub of Patong but it was nice to come back and have peace and quiet away from the busy town centre. We had a grand deluxe room which was fantastic. Huge spa on verandah and mini bar was complimentary and re stocked every day. Overall I would recommended B-Lay tong and would definetly stay there again.

Room Tip: I would go for a fourth floor room great views and have the outside spas.

A nice stay at this hotel in Phuket. Was the first time there and will definitely go back if I will come back to Phuket. Friendly staff but should improve the language skills. Overall a nice stay with a nice pool there. The location is at the end of Patong Beach so you still have a nice and quiet area around you and not all the alcoholics.....
