    Overpriced!

    Misleading pricing! Had to reread the bill when it arrived. Got the "free" shot glass with expensive shooter. The bill had us paying for the shot and the glass. Not the way it read when we were doing the purchasing. The B52 was $13 and the "free" shot glass was another $15. Wow. Plus an automatic 10% service charge on everything, including the "free" shot glass. $80 for two sandwiches a small Singha pitcher, and the shooter.

    Geez the food was AWFUL

    This place is giving Hard Rock Cafe's a very bad name. The foods was very, very bad. The nachos were hideous. The burgers were awful. It was probably one of the worst meals we've ever had in a restuarant anywhere. Even the kids said the food was crap and they'll eat any old fried stuff.

    Not what I expected

    Big and clean with lots to see but was let down by the food. Was not bad or anything but was not up to the price you payed. Staff where good and where there when you needed them. Once off thing going there and may try in another country.

    Thank you Vyte!!

    We just popped in for a few cocktails and spring rolls and were being quite diffiicult customers with all our questions regarding the new reward system of theirs and this little lady (Vyte) was ready to run around finding staff who could help and answer, being smiley all times and so kind and cute and sweet!! THANK YOU VYTE!!

    Great fun,food and staff

    We loved this place that much that we went there twice on our Thailand holiday.
    The food was delicious,the meals were huge and the "creme brulee" was to die for,but what made our night was the staff they were so friendly and fun:)
    We even went there one night just to have a coctail and listen to the band,which was a group of young people that were interacting with the crowd singing and dancing, everyone was joining in there was lots of smiles and lots of laughing to be had by all...Great night :)
