We stayed six nights.
The rooms are good, get deluxe for a pool view. Staff are very nice, always helpful and smiling.
Breakfast was adequate, good choices on the buffet.
The location: 10 mins walk to the mall, lots of food stalls on the way turn it into longer if you want to try local treats.
Only the noise of other guests was a problem, only on one night. Rowdy drunks who settled down pretty quick after staff had a word.
I'd definitely stay there again, had the pool virtually to ourselves all week.

We stayed here for 1week. Basically all you want in a package of a good holiday hotel is here. Good location, good rooms (rooms are spacious and clean, complete with ammenities), good and friendly staff (in fact very friendly staffs). Near to famous bangla rd (5min bike ride), near to famous seafood stretch, just beside a 7-11, near to the intersection of kamala and phuket town intersection, 30mins ride away to central festival market and naka weekend market. So you see, everything is there and the deals are cheap too. I just got one drawback, i requested for a bowl (for boiling soup) late at night but reception says they have no bowls, even asked me to go 7-11 to buy. Not until i went up to reception and ask them to take a bowl from restraunt!

Otherwise, its a recommended stay.

We stayed at sawaddi patong for two weeks room number 3334. We absolutely loved the place it was relaxing and quiet. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic, friendly and do anything to please you. We booked our tours with Rose, very helpful and always checked how we went with our tours when we got back that day. Mao was very helpful and always greeting us when we returned from our walks. The breakfast was really good lots of cooked and fresh food to eat always went away full. The swimming pool was great nice to relax and have a drink at the bar.We absolutely loved the place, we like to thank everyone who works their for making our holiday wonderful. Keep up the fantastic work.

We upgraded to the suite for our family of 4. It was huge, clean, and very well designed. The hotel is a little bit far from Soi Bangla (a rather popular nighlife spot), the beach, and the usual places, but is very relaxing and quiet.

Hat's off to the hotel for providing a fantastic breakfast every morning and still serving us well after the morning breakfast service had ended.

PROTIP: Take the free hotel shuttle (last one is at 9PM) to avoid walking to wherever you may be going to, although I think it is only limited to Patong beach area.

Room tip: Upgrade to the suite and try for a pool view room!

This place was superb value for money. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, as was the pool. I booked this hotel without seeing it, and my expectations were not that high. From the moment I walked in, I was truly impressed. I had been staying in a 5 star "on the beach' hotel, and this matched it for comfort, style and service, and was 1/4 of the price. Do walk to the beach, it's a great way to see the area, and the 'non tourist' massage place down the road was brilliant. I'm booking this again....
