Sad day today, leaving after 7 wonderful days here. From the time of checkin to our last breakfast you could not ask for better service. The staff here are worth their weight in gold. Very clean room, stayed in pool suit and would not hesitate to stay here again. To every one we met here thank you for kind smiles and excellent conversations. The room decorations for our anniversary were superb. Once again can’t thank you enough.

Located on the south end of patong beach I found this hotel great value for money. The staff were friendly. Outside hotel theres plenty of bars and hotels within walking distance. The rooms were nice although the bed was a bit hard and the air con a bit noisy

As for the bed, our Housekeeping Department is ready to assist every guest who wanted to make their beds softer. We can set up the mattress so it is softer than before. The guest preference for the beds differs as some require a firm bed. We have on stand-by - a softer mattress or top-up mattress and ready to add this feature at any room type as requested. This is an excellent place to stay; close enough to all the night life action, yet a quiet place to rest. Great customer service. Very friendly staff. They are very helpful on anything you want to know about the area. An awesome breakfast buffet awaits you; I highly suggest you include it in your room booking. Two pools, and very spacious and modern rooms.

All rooms face the sea and the hotel is decently priced. The hotel is near Bangla road and all bars and pubs are in vicinity. The hotel is not very expensive and is must check option for budget travellers who also want an not so ordinary experience.

I read reviews that the hotel is dated. Yes it is, but you forget about that within 5 minutes because of the positives this hotel has. I just had some laundry done, went in at 9:50 am, back at 3:00 pm. The staff are amazing, friendly and helpful. I rented a car and for most of my trip I was parked at the front of the hotel. When I left, Security stopped traffic so I could I get out.. Breakfast was good, a typical asian interpretation of a european breakfast, but tasty with fresh eggs and omelettes. Bed was supercomfy, clean and the sweetest housekeeping ladies on the earth. Now to the best, the location is perfect. Right opposite the ocean and the beach, with magnificent ocean views. The Beach is not so great here but only 500 metres away from the popular part of patong beach. Bangla Road is a 15 minute walk or 5 mins by taxi (200 baht). Otop markets are a 10 minute walk, and the South Beach Bars are 3 minutes walk. Exchange kiosk is right outside the door. Cannot fault this place. I am still here for 5 more days, so upgrade would be nice, but f not, I am happy where I am. Coming back to Phuket in 4 months and wouldn't even think about anywhere else.
