“Great food and great decor, what more could you want?”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed May 11, 2013

Situated in a small side Road, just off the end of the main drag, Rat-U Tid Road in Patong.

Extensive menu offers just about everything you could possibly imagine, including Thai food. Choose to eat inside in air conditioned comfort, or outside under the covered patio.

Have never had a bad experience here and continue to frequent it.

“Good food and great hospitality”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 6, 2013 via mobile

having eaten Thai food for a couple of weeks we were looking for something different for our Christmas lunch and this place did not dissapoint. Good service and great italian cooking with a menu packed with homemade pasta specialities left us full to the brim and unable to touch any of the free panetone offered at the end of our meal. The place is packed with italians both expats and tourists and is a little part of italy in patong. Ate there four times in all at lunch and dinner and never had a bad dish. Friendly place and highly recommended.

“Good option for Italian food in Patong”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 28, 2012

Out of the center of night-life and caos of Bangla Road, in a little alley stands Dolce Vita.
Didn't like the idea of eating italian out of Italy but needed a change from Thai food.
Tried (in two different dinners) various first courses (the best were linguine alle vongole e allo scoglio, generally pasta was well cooked and we enjoyed it).
Tried also the white snapper, wich was very good, and the moscardini, average.
Absolutely amazing the tiramisu!
The owners are nice guys, really friendly and cool.
The place is quite, nothing special but neither awfull.
In the end we can recommend the place if you're looking for an italian dinner at a reasonable price, just manage your expectation if you're italian (mostly because of the ingredients that you can find, the cooking was good...so choose fish and ask David or Mario for suggestion!)
