I booked this hotel through AirAsiaGo, it was a real good deal. We stayed here for 3 nights and we paid about RM200 only. It was a room with breakfast package.

General Info:
1. The hotel is far from Bangla Road, about 10 - 15 mins drive.
2. There is a shop next to hotel provide motorbike rental.
3. Opposite of the hotel, there are a few massage place included the well known Sweet Lemongrass Massage and IGM Massage (International Green Mint Massage).
4. The small grocery shop opposite hotel sells gasoline and offer Tuk Tuk service.
5. If you are looking for some convenient store like 7-11, there is a Family Mart at 5 mins walking distance.

On the first day, we arrived quite late at Phuket and when we walked out from the arrival hall, we saw a guy holding a cardboard with my name on it. He was a very friendly and helpful one. After one hour drive from airport to hotel, we finally got our room and motorbike which we already communicate with the hotel through email before we arrive. Everything are arrange like how we request. The room was decent and come with a balcony facing outwards.

The breakfast doesn't have much choices. During my 3 nights stay there, they provide fried noodles/ fried rice, bacon, ham, sausages, bread and cook-to-order eggs. They provide coffee, tea, orange juice and milk everyday. The receptionist told us breakfast will only serve between 6am to 10am. However, when we reach the dining area at 9.45am, we still see the chef adding more food to the buffet table. Some of the hotels didn't even do this.

WiFi in the room has best connection compared to lobby and dining area. Once you check in to the hotel, they will provide you with the WiFi password.

Room Tip: Get a room that is facing outwards with balcony, avoid room that people can peek into your room from...

To start off, if you're in Phuket for it's hotels, you shouldn't be in Phuket.
Stayed here last Feb (ignore June 2011) with a friend, it's cheap, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, hot water, AC. Technically, it has everything you need to keep yourself clean & a have good rest. The staffs were really friendly, and seriously, if you want a friendly staff, then make sure you're in the right attitude too. Again, if you're unhappy, you shouldn't be planning a holiday. I wouldn't say the rooms are beautifully decorated, but they made an effort to include some canvas prints to match the whole rustic package. Again, you should really visit places, not rooms.

Receptionist speaks simple english, understands your english, and is really helpful (we wanted to drive to Krabi & we were asking them for recommendations). Staffs were really pleasant, even the cleaning ladies greet you by the corridors. The breakfast was decent, enough to satisfy your morning needs. Not to mention, this tiny hotel has a freaking pool. At $20 a night with a beautiful clean pool & free wifi, if you're complaining, you're asking for it.

It will however be advisable for those who wants to stay here to rent a bike or a car, it's not very close to the beach nor the dodgy night life, but they do have shuttle buses provided to the beach and mall. They do have a parking lot for about 5 cars.
Seeka Boutique is located closely to a main highway that brings you either up north or down south. If you're driving, it's great. There's a massage parlor across the hotel, not too dodgy, and a nice little bar down the road that has a pool table & organizes BBQ nights, a good place to kill the night. It is also away from the noisy discotheques, so you'll definitely get sufficient sleep.

There's reggae bar up the mountains in Kata (if I remember), you have to visit it before the sunsets, to catch the sunset that is! Long beautiful sandy beaches in Bangtao (up North) & crazy clear waters in Nai Harn (down South, & we got lost finding it!)

I will definitely stay here again for my next visit.

Wishing you a pleasant holiday.

Patong is pretty dreadful generally. The closest beach, patong is dirty and smelly full of more cigarette butts than sand. The hotel, while inexpensive, was not very clean, the maids were loud and annoying as they screeched about the hotel corridors on their rounds. The baby cot they provided was dodgy and falling apart and they did not make up our room every day. Their card reader was broken at reception so had to pay the bill by cash. The only redeeming factor was the spa which was good, clean and inrxpensive. We stayed 3 nights, and that was one night too many.

We stayed for a week at this hotel and we had a pretty decent experience. The hotel is quite far from the beach but they provide shuttle service to Patong beach 4 times a day. We had hired a motor bike at 200 bahts per day. 2 buildings next to Seeka is a hotel who provides bikes without asking for original passport. I had contacted 3-4 other vendors and they all ask for your original passport. I had only given this guy a copy of my passport. Remember, do not leave your passport with anyone. Just walk off and find another one who doesnt ask for original passport.

The staff at the hotel were really helpful. They knew good english. I would give 5 stars to them.

As an Indian & pure Vegetarian, there are few hotels like Alibaba & Kohinoor which are around 5-10 mins walking distance from this hotel.

It has a nice swimming pool and breakfast also was nice. Tough as Veggies, we only had tea, coffee, fresh juices, fruits & Bread Toast on all 7 days. For non vegetarians, there were quite other options as well.

Overall, I will recommend this hotel for the price & Service it offer's.

Stayed here 8 days in March. Location is good as it is far enough from main streets to get some peace and quiet moments. We rent a motorbike next door (managed to have it for less than 200 baht per day as booked it for a week).

ROOM
We booked a superior room with breakfast - we got a room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. Room was pretty clean and spacious however only 1 bedside table (I was using a stool) and NO LIGHTS BY BED which was a big inconvenience as not possible to read at night without disturbing my partner (main ceiling light had to be turned on).
Good quality sleep but 2 beds zipped together were on 2 different levels...

It happened that our room hasn't been cleaned twice and when i asked for fresh towels and complimentary water, i was treated as i was asking for extras. Another time housekeepers knocked the door and when i confirmed i wanted bathroom to be done, they walked away... I rang the reception asking for towels, water etc and was told that I didn't want room to be cleaned. Anyway, they came back to the room and later on it was sorted. Staff were smiley and friendly, reception girls were helpful.

BATHROOM
Bathroom was ok, bit dark with just a small ceiling light. Pretty good shower however i struggled to get warm water and used to having cold showers (not so difficult in hot Thailand).

BREAKFAST
It was good for a very short stay, not for 8 days as choice was limited to eggs (scrambled/fried), toasts, sausages and bacon. They served noodles only once, tomatoes twice, usually rice replaced them. Fruits available as well. Could do with more variety especially that majority of guests stayed for longer.

POOL
It was great, not very big and most of the time in the shade, lovely cool and clean water however only 7 lounges available so you have to be fast.

Definitely a good hotel in Pathong but they could easily do better (breakfast choice, some improvements in the room).

I didn't like PATHONG as it is not a paradise in Phuket - beach is next to the road, noisy and loud and i wouldn't come back there. A little bit up north (a few km) we found a fantastic Lamai Beach, far from the road, noisy horns and motorbikes, quiet and beautiful. It depends what you like.

Stayed here for 10 nights at the beginning of February with my boyfriend. The staff are friendly and breakfast IMO is quite good considering the $ of this hotel. The pool is lovely and each time we swam the staff turned the water features on for us. We ate a lunch meal here - it wasnt great and was quite pricey. The aircon was a massive bonus, rooms were clean with water provided daily - only letdown was unreliable wifi. We called reception each time though which they promptly fixed. We had a room at the back and away from the noise and constructions and it was as quiet as a mouse. The bed is hard yes, but I liked it :) shower wasn't too hot but in this weather it doesn't matter. the walk to town isn't too far and is pretty flat. There's some interesting local quirks to see on the way to the beach as well. sweet lemongrass massage across the road is fantastic too. For good seafood walk down Nanai rd to the market (reception can direct you)

We would stay here again if staying in Patong.

Stayed 10 days in front room all new and clean but a little traffic noise was the only fallback next time I would request a back room purely noise factor . its is accessible to everything if you know your way around but if you don't it could be a bit confusing as to where you are.
