We have stayed here twice now. First was our honeymoon for 10 days and the second was two years after for 14 days, to show friends what we experienced. The staff are sooo friendly and nothing is a problem. The resort itself is very clean and modern and caters for the needs of any kind of traveller who doesn't want to stay in the hustle bustle of Patong town centre, but is within walking distance (or a short Tuk Tuk ride) of all the attractions and nightlife of Patong. Say hello to Sing, Jomchun, Charlie, Kokkik and Kungking for us if you stay. Tell them Puppa Cookie, Big Bill, Deano and Al said to say hello from Australia. We stay in touch with our new Thai friends on facebook regularly and intend to return to the resort in the not too distant future. Its not often the accomadation becomes part of the lifetime memories experienced whilst on holidays.
Highly recommended.

This is a delightful hotel located at the very southern end of Patong. The rooms are very nicely furnished with painted cupboards and a nice bathroom (although the shower drain was very slow flooding the floor every time the shower was used). There is a nice, small pool which doesn’t get any sun. The breakfast wasn’t great and the wifi virtually unobtainable anywhere in the place. There service was friendly and efficient.

It is located a good distance from the action of Patong which could be good or bad depending on your taste for this crazy place. The area around the hotel has a quiet, almost village-like atmosphere so you can escape the craziness. If you want to experience the town you’d better rent a motor bike as a taxi will cost you $5 each way every time you go out.

Nice hotel, pool is clean ,Breakfast is ok but not much to choose from. The beds are really HARD but if you go down to the Big C you can buy a thin mattress for $12 this helps. You can rent a motor bike just out the front of the hotel for $7 per day this is cheap because it cost you $7 each time you get get in a tuk tuk to go down the road and back. The hotel runs a bus down town but its too long between bus trips.Happy Hour is good 4 till 7pm.The Staff are really nice and helpful. 200THB is around $7

We stayed here for 2 nights in Nov 2011. It was a nice place, with large rooms, a nice pool and restaurant. However we had a room on the back of the hotel on the top floor. We must have been right under the laundry as for hours late at night and early in the morning we were woken up by noise from washing machines etc. If we were staying longer we would have asked to have moved rooms. Only other issues were that the wifi only really worked downstairs near the pool. The mattress was like a plank of wood too.

I would stay here again but request to not be under the laundry.

Overall it was a pretty good hotel. The only real negative I had with it is location. It is walking distance to the beach and all the action, about 20mins, and there is a steep hill to climb on the way back which can be annoying after a day of walking around and in the heat. Everything else though was good. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was okay, it was the same thing everyday with only the rice changing.

I would recommend this hotel however I would probably recommend to stay somewhere closer to the beach.

Location: It has a nice location for those who want to stay away from the bustling streets.
Close enough to the beach and to the mall. The hotel provided a free shuttle to take you to the mall or to the beach. They could also pick you up as well.

Superior Room: The room was spacious, with a balcony though our view was the wall and a tree, kind of like a backyard. I'm not sure if they had other superior rooms with a better view. Our friends had the standard room which was a bit smaller but their view was the swimming pool. The room was also provided with the basic toiletries and free mineral water. The bathroom was clean though it had a weird smell, it must be the cleaning agent they use? Not quite sure.

Hotel Restaurant: Good reasonable priced food that tasted great! Breakfast buffet was also a good enough deal though what they served was just simple food and not much variety.

Hotel Staff: The staff were friendly and could speak English ok. They were also helpful. The only downfall was that I have arranged a pick-up for all of us at the airport, unfortunately it was not arranged and we ended up getting a taxi from the airport. It was easy so it wasn't really a problem for us. Just wish that they would not put it on the website if they did not have the means to do the arrangement.

Room Tip: Rooms by the road may find it a bit noisy as there is construction going on across the street.

My friend and I stayed in this resort for 4 nights. Its actually not a bad place although it did not meet my expectations. I thought it is a boutique hotel, most boutique hotels I've been have very unique rooms and have surprising ambiance but this one is pretty much an ordinary hotel. The pictures did not live to its truest form. The room is relatively clean but funny thing I found a hotel card bearing a different hotel name (probably from a previous customer) and I thought the room service is not that detailed in cleaning.

Other than that I have no complains. The breakfast is okay. The service is pretty okay, they let us borrow everything we need. Shuttle service to different beaches is available. WiFi service is inconsistent. I only tried breakfast food (bacon, eggs, sausage, bread), I wasn't able to try any meals from their restaurant. The pool looks clean though I did not swim. It is a long walk to the party scene in Patong beach but shuttle service go around 4 times in a day. If you're not able to ride the free service, you can ride a tuk tuk or taxi for about 150 to 200 baht.

All in all I can recommend this place. It is affordable and you will get what you paid for. I will comeback to this hotel but I would not mind trying something else.
