We stayed from 6th december to 10th december. Outlook of the hotel looks boring, but once entered into the room (Loft ), it's very clean, hot water & basic necessity is there, bed (king size) and pillows are nice to sleep on...probably i was too tired..lol...but once we sinked in...never wanted to get out...Staffs are friendly and helpful too... Another pluspoint, we were given a free dinner for two considering we stayed four nights... breakfast is nice too...the only problem we have was our tv cable channel wasn't clear..anyway was not really bothered as not into watching tv....

We were a bit worried after seeing some of the reviews but we really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and new and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and very tasty. The jacuzzi on the roof was brilliant although you must let them know before you get in so they can turn the heat up! The roof garden is actually really pretty. For the money it was amazing value. We were in a delux room and although it says they only have 2 tiny windows it really wasn't as bad as we expected. There was actually plenty of light came in and the windows were all down one wall.
It's only a 2 minute walk from the beach and a short walk to Bangala Road. This place was very cool!

Me and my wife stayed at Rayaburi Patong for 2 nights 20-22 November, 2010 during our 4 days stay at Phuket.

Booking: Made booking through internet and e-mail communication. The process was smooth. I selected the loft wing superior room.

Location: Very near to Patong beach. Just 3-4 min walk. Around 15 mins walk from Bang-La road. 7-11 is just at 1 min distance.

Check-in: Approx 10 mins.

Rooms: Rooms was quite comfortable. They did nice flower and towel decoration for us on our bed. Room was of adequate size and clean.

Breakfast: It has limited choices. Nothing appreciable but its fine considering the value you pay. The break-fast is in an open restaurant so there is a problem of honey-bees getting their share from fruits and juices.

Other facilities: The pool on the roof-top is quite small but nice. We used it for around an hour and me and my wife were only ones to use the pool. It seemed like having our private pool. They do have jacuzzi and sauna. I tried to use jacuzzi but there was no hot water for it.

Staff: The staff was nice and friendly.

It's a good hotel if you are planning to spend most of you time on beaches or trips and would use the hotel for the purpose of bed and breakfast. It's a good no frills hotel.

Great location, steps away from Patong Beach, fancy reception area and nice rooms. Downside of location meant nosiy bar next door which meant earplugs required to sleep. Bathrooms were lovely but poorly designed resulting in flooded bathrooms, otherwise the rooms were great, spacious and well appointed. Nice rooftop spa, wth ocean views and a fairly standard buffet for breakfast. Major downside was the staff (not all but some), not particularly helpful and a bit sleazy. Were going to charge us for getting them to ring and confirm a local tour which I found poor considering cheaper places we stayed at in Thailand were more than happy to make calls for us.
