- bed: super hard..maybe made of wood
- view: nothing to offer
- hot drinking water: nothing for you to boil water
- others: no safety box
- breakfast: sucks big time! they just have toast, corn flakes. The End.

Service: When we first got there, it was around 10am. We were greeted by a very lazy-looking staff who didnt even welcomed us. When asked about our room, he did other things slowly.. and left us standing, staring at his working pace..the hotel got a lady to help us carry our bags?? Don't think that's very nice of the management.
Other than that,it still meet your basic needs.

The hotel, although small, are well-equipped with basic amenities. The staff are frienly and attentive. The room is clean. Although there is some problem with the shower, overall service is above expectation. The breakfast, although not included, it's worth to buy since it's not expensive at all and the food is of good quality. The location is perfect for someone who wants to be in Patong. Overall the hotel is great value for money.

We stayed in a "Superior Room With Balcony" over New Year's Eve. I was not impressed with anything about this hotel. It wasn't dirty but not very clean, the staff was not very friendly, it was a pretty far walk from the beach, and the breakfast was mediocre. If you are looking for a pool, this is not the place. It is about the size of a hot tub. As for the room, there was no shower curtain and the water from the shower went everywhere. They only gave us one key, which made things difficult when only one of us returned to the room. The "balcony" was hardly that. It was about 1 foot wide (no room for a chair or anything) with a huge AC unit on it. When we arrived, we decided we would try to look for another hotel, but after looking at some other available rooms, we decided to stay at the Arimana. Although not perfect, the price was pretty good relatively. One plus is it is only a couple blocks from the big shopping mall.
