I was told this is a fairly new course, and indeed the course is still quite pristine and well maintained. As it is still new, there are not much shelter from trees throughout the course, hence, I'd highly recommend you to bring along your umbrella.
One observation is that the caddies are quite young early 20's? many of them are actually very new to the club or even the game of golf; the caddy with me has joined the club for 3 months, and couple of my friends' just joint only couple of days ago; so don't pin too much hope on them telling you how far are you away from the pin or which iron to use; to be fair, there are couple of them that have been with the club since it open, so their judgement is quite reliable. They are like the only 2 "senior" out of the group of 7....anyway, we've never had caddy in our home town, so other than having someone driving the buggy and cleaning the clubs for us...there really isn't much difference...so we just enjoy our game and the beautiful course.
