The "lake" is really more of a pond, but it's in a lovely setting, and the park that surrounds it is wonderfully (almost disconcertingly) well groomed. (It feels like a little bit of Germany or Canada.) What really sets it apart from other well-situated bodies of water is the pair of Shan temples on one side of it. They are beautiful as seen across the lake, and they're fascinating up close. Not to be missed!

This lake is a lovley place with two pagodas either end to sit and relax you can also feed the fish here by buying popcorn or bread from one of the disabled sellers.
has a nice grass verge to one side where you can lay down and read a book.
local restaurants at one end if you get thirsty and need a drink.
all in all its a very beautiful experience and at night when the temple lights are turned on it becomes quite magical.
