“Great inland experience”
Reviewed January 1, 2014

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 girls 6 and 10 years old. We took a daily tour to the hot springs, the emerald pool and then the elephant trekking with lunch included. It has been the best tour we have done in Krabi and my kids loved it! The Emerald pool is really nice and worth to go. At first there is about 1 km to walk in the forest in a very wide and nice path to reach the natural pool which is really emerald and is surrounded by a lunar type of environment. Just pay attention while walking near the natural pool, as the area is really slippery and I've seen few people falling dawn. Then from there there is another 1 km to walk always surrounded by the forest, but not covered by the trees, so it can get quite hot, to reach another natural pool, called blue pool. The color of the water is fantastic, but here you cannot swim only take pictures. If you go to Krabi, don't miss this daily excursion, it is really worth to do it, especially with kids!

“Emerald Pool”
Reviewed January 1, 2014

A very interesting place if you're into outdoor & geology. The Emerald & Blue Pools were quite amazing. It's nice walk thru the forest and good sight-seeing alternate to the sun & beaches. Tours usually also take you to the hot springs together with Emerald Pool, which i think was not worth while & disappointing.

“Nice place to visit!”

We did the hot springs and emerald pool in a combo tour. They are both well worth the small fee to enjoy the tranquil scene and warm/hot waters! The blue pool is a short walk away, but just know that you're not allowed to swim in it.

“Great refreshing swim after the walk up to Tiger Cave Temple”
Reviewed December 27, 2013

Needed the refreshing swim after the walk to the temple. Suggest to hire a taxi and do the two together in your own time....we unfortunately could not fit in the hot springs, due to time constraint as we had booked a cooking course.....but all normally possible in a day.

Reviewed December 23, 2013

The pond is ok! naturally crystal green. It was my lucky that not so much people because the period i've been to Krabi is accidentally monsoon.
The trail to the pond is ordinay but it keep me relaxed.

Toilet and bathroom is rather bad. Be prepare for this.
