Stayed one night ,February 7th. Room was comfortable, nice and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and a big bonus was the lovely swimming pool with comfortable sunloungers at the nearby sister hotel. Walk into Krabi town for an evening meal took about 10-15 minutes. The room rate via a booking agency was excellent value.

we only stayed one night and breakfast was included. the staff were nice, which is typical for thailand. the bellboy carried my luggage up to our room. our room has a little balcony but theres not much to see, except for the street. the hotel looks cute from outside. the bed is huge and comfortable.the toilet is ok and clean. the location is ok and is actually a good walk at night, there was a night market when we went, my boyfriend then, now husband :) ate some fried insects from one of the food stalls. its ok to stay for a night or two in the town but i wont stay longer, as its not very near the beaches. 10 minute walk from Krabi Town (straight road), but there is also a shuttle bus once in the morning at a few times in the evening (only really needed if you have luggage). Rooms are fine with aircon (a little noisy, but works) and free bottles of water. No lift which was a bit of an effort if if you are on the 4th floor like we were! Free wi-fi.
Friendly staff. Glass or orange juice on arrival. Breakfast good.

Room Tip: A long walk up to the top floor! The AC unit on the ground floor room very noisy!

Booked for 27th Jan, 3 nights. Had a great time and extended our stay for 2 more nights. Very helpful and friendly staff. There have a free shuttle bus to town or a 10 minutes stroll to town (shortcut). Breakfast was included, and has a choice of English, American or local. Had a room with a patio where we sat and enjoyed beers. Room services was fast. There is an aromatic oil burner too. Just as for refill, it's so relaxing.
Ask for higher floors if you prefer to be more quite. (never take the room next to the kitchen).

Room Tip: Just request help from staffs if anything is not up to your satisfaction.

The place is OK for a few nights. On the downside: breakfast is rather basic and the coming and going of other residents at night and early morning in the corridor is a disturbance, people tend to slam doors. On the plus side: the staff was very friendly and helpful.
