Stayed at this Hotel 2 nights, on arriving our bags were taken by the very nice doors staff I went to reception to check in met by a miserable member of staff who advised me because I booked by a different website I have a room with single beds (even though I booked one of the top rooms) if she smiled she would have cracked her face. Room was ok a little out dated by passable and clean. single beds were poor move around the room a lot, casters and tiled floors dont go well together. Breakfast was free lucky so because it was the poorest breakfast I ever had. 2 Chefs on the egg station but the eggs already cooked but very cold also sausage was stone cold too poor selection. The three stars I give for this Hotel was for it's location which is very central. For a little more money I would try the Pullman next door.
