Stayed twice at different times August
found this hotel Modern the room was clean with large kingsize
bed quite a large room ask for room facing the street (paid 100 baht more)
but you get a very large window which allows light into the room.
The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water although its a little different
as the room and the bathroom is divided by a glass wall.
the location is good ...one block from the Pullman Hotel a 10 minute walk to the
New Big shopping complex (which is very good for everything that you expect from
a large shopping complex) and its a 10 minute walk to the old Khon Kaen (market etc)
the train station is 10/15 minutes on foot and the Bus station to Laos is 50baht in a taxi.
Should mention breakfast which is included in the price of the room is "very poor",
a couple of slices of bread or toast with butter and Jam and coffee or tea??
better to walk a few minutes to opposite the Pullman Hotel and to have an English
breakfast for 120 baht in one of the small resteraunts there.The fast Wi Fi in the room was good...and.you get two free bottles of water each day.
So would I stay again yes I would the staff were friendly and helpful although they struggle with English.More
