The Chiapat was a very friendly & comfortable place where I stayed a few days (after my first night at a cheap, bare-bones & uncomfortable hostel)... It was very well located, and after my daytime walking excursions, I could easily find my way back by simply following the west sidewalk of Na Muang (a main street) until I reached a large curb across the sidewalk (then turned left). The Chiapat is just one block West of the AC bus terminal and a couple blocks North of the downtown markets and other action... All the people that I met there were very friendly (Truly the "Land of the Smile"). The friends that I was meeting found me very easily there also, making my stay there Very, very Pleasant indeed. Overall a wonderful experience in a very nice city!! (much cozier than Bangkok)More
