Very nice hotel, full of little details. Considering its small size (12 rooms), it allows the owners to place the emphasis on a very personalized and friendly service, yet very professional. I stayed only 1 night, and could rent a bike to visit the area (they provide you with a map with a circuit to visit the villages around and see the countryside), visit Kanchanaburi, the bride, and the waterfalls (using public bus). I could have stayed another 2 or 3 nights to enjoy more the hotel, its pleasant swimming pool, have dinner at the nice terrace with a view to the river, rent a Kayak (from the hotel) to visit the river banks, and do a couple of more activities. You do not have to organize things beforehand. They provide you with a very complete and clear book of activities and thanks to their great support, they will arrange it for you ... even at the last minute. So just improvise according to your mood of the day. Good for solo, superb for romantic stay, but also enjoyable with children. The noise of the frogs at night makes you feel like you were in the middle of the jungle. Unforgettable experience !
