A very informative experienced in an air conditioned environment. Free cup of coffee whilst reflecting on the visit was perfect.

With the extreme heat of 39o it was a blessing to find this air conditioned two storey museum opposite the Kanchanaburi War Cemetery. Wasn’t quite what I expected, lots of information to read up on the walls, not a lot of artifacts, a great statue of the poor POW men. Cafe upstairs and gift shop on ground floor as well.

A great museum that tells all the must-know facts. It is only small but there is a ton of thoughtful, heartfelt information here. The displays are well cared for and easy to understand.

It is hard not to get emotional in a place like this. It details the horrors and the heroes and recreates some of the horrors in ways that give you a small sense of what is must have been like. Well worth a look.

This was a very good museum with lots of information about the war. The displays were well presented and we were very glad we went to the museum.
