Located in the centre of town near to lots of bars and restaurants. The Railway restaurant in house serves good catfish and green curry chicken. Breakfast selection is good too. Rooms all have balconies overlooking the river, so breezy if you don't use the aircon. Bed/pillows/sheets good quality. Nice to have both a jacuzzi + rainfall shower in the room. Complementary minibar, except beer, which is restocked daily. Would recommend to anyone that isn't fussed about being on one of the floating hotels.

Lovely Modern Hotel. not very well thought out. Don't accept a corner room as there is no WiFi reception as your room is encased in concrete. The TV has no English speaking Channels except Al Jazeera news, this might not be important to some but was to me as I like to relax before sleep with a TV show.
Staff did move me after two days.
The Restuarant downstairs for Breakfast has no elevator or ramp access, only a steep bank of steps to get up and down, heaven help you if you're mobility impaired.
Hotel is in a great position overlooking the river and a short walk to the strip outside, Bars, restuarants, massage etc.

Room tip: If you want Wifi access ensure you don't get a corner room. Ask for 203.

We arrived in the afternoon after a long drive from
Bangkok but we have received a welcome smiles at all. A bit awkward when we were asked about the payment was not sucess collected so the room as not yet assigned. However I did cleared thing and got the room and it’s was worth with the price we have paid.

The service at the reception don’t expect much you will get nothing from them but the FB staff was ok but born not that good either.

We got the pool access on and all rooms include jacuzzi so nice with a 55” TV stunning view ohhh we loved it.

We only stayed here one night, as we were visiting the memorial at Hellfire Pass. The hotel was clean and tidy and the room was comfortable. The view from the balcony was lovely. The main let down was the lack of communication with hotel staff. I was told check out was 1 pm but was locked out of the room by 12pm. The power was shut off after 20 mins of being in the room and my wife had to phone down to reception to get it turned back on. So unfortunately this could have been a lovely nights stay but was let down by silly things.

Lots of small issues made this place just average despite its fab location.
Electrics tripping out, bazaar layout of the room meaning you get the best view from the bath (who wants that!!!), no vegetarian meals, conflicting information from staff and free mini bar that consisted of a can of coke and a carton of orange juice!!!
Was glad we were only staying there one night and wouldn't recommend it as there are lots of hotels in the area.

Room tip: Ground floor if you want to step straight into the pool but probably not best with young children.
