We went with friends the other Saturday evening to Andreas for the perfect diner and we got absolutely what we were looking for.
It was a while since our last visit but as all the other times, we didn't experienced any disappointment.
We started at 19.00 and left around midnight due to the great time we were having at the restaurant.
We started with a beautiful and delicious cold cut platter and a great pizza prosciutto from the wooden oven, followed by a generous pasta lobster and a delicious prepared steak, which was more than enough for 4 people. Andreas made the steak in a way that all of us could pick his or hers preference. Some of us liked it rare and others more medium and that was how the steak came, with parts nicely rare and other parts more medium. Chapeau!
Combined with a beautiful and very reasonable priced wine from Italy and some extra cold Peroni's we were heading to our deserts.
I think the attraction of this restaurant lies in the combination of the coziness/ informal but at the same time this great food experience that your normally experience in more formal restaurants. That is also the reason why we left almost at midnight as you're sitting in a nice and relaxing ambiance with very serviced-minded and very friendly staff and an owner that does care about his customers.
The price might not be the cheapest but you do get the perfect diner in return.
Thank you for a great evening and we will see you soon again.
