We stayed in this hotel for 1 night and that was more then enough. We had a room on the 10th floor. The front door opens to the outside how strange. The room was old and could do with some redecoration. The bathroom was small and with fungus. The bath anti slip rug was dark with fungus.
There was free WiFi but it took me 1/2 hour to get it operated after they restared the modem.
The breakfast was very limited and mainly Asian food.
Positive is the small night market opposite the hotel.
We can also recommend the Italian restorant at the main road called Pepponi.
In general we would say don't go there, it is very basic.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean classy and good breakfast, also right opposite night markets. There was transport readily available, also 7/11 stores nearby to get your beer and odds and ends. We also enjoyed the little beer garden to have drinks before and after dinner, also to listen to the female singer there.Signed Lorraine And Ray Fox Tweed Heads

Nice clean hotel. Lovely pool. Staff helpful. Westerner breakfast not particularly well catered for but if requested eggs would be prepared promptly and were tasty. Buffet was mostly catering to Asian market but no candles under food tubs to keep food warm. Rooms well equipped, mini bar included but no tea/coffee making facility. 100 baht tuk tuk or taxi ride to downtown. Walking distance to small night market and large shopping centre.

Hotel is well located, easy 10-15 minute walk to beach, shopping, bars etc. Small night market next door is ok.
Staff are generally very helpful but hotel itself is a bit dated. Looks like it would have been one of the first multi storey buildings in Hua Hin. Rooms are cleaned daily and the pool is good but the negatives are the shower over the bath which floods the floor and the breakfast which doesn't change from one day to the next.
Is probably reasonable value though for what you are paying.

i have been returning to this hotel for a few years i am usually greeted by the same friendly staff(always a good sign)
Rooms are clean and tidy great room rate 1300 baht
Large swimming pool great for relaxing
Location ideal right next to local night market great for cheap food and drink only a 10 minute walk into Hua hin centre or new Tesco Lotus supermarket complex
same 10 minute walk to beach although every other day i get taxi to Takiab beach( Best beach ive ever encountered) with return only 300 baht
