At the restaurant where i had my dinner, they were out of the dessert I wanted, so i winded up having an amazing fondant cake with vanilla ice cream. It looked just as good as it tasted. Too bad I am leaving tonight, I am very curious about their main courses.Friendly staff and nice atmosphere/decorations.

Creative, fresh and the best French food I had in years (although I am French).
Everything in your plate is the best you can find... from the vegetables to the meat (or fish).
Prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food.
If I wanted to point out some area of improvement, I believe the service could be done with a bit more energy... not so easy to find European standard waiters in Thailand, although the team at Le bistro is well above average for the country.

Very good food, with professional service which seems rare in these parts.

We went for the full three courses, having steak and duck, both were great

This restaurant would be excellent if it was in France. The fact that a French restaurant of this quality is operating in Hua Hin (given problems with supply of great ingredients, staff etc) is amazing. The chef is very talented. The beef casserole and pain perdu were both out of this world. My only small gripe would be about the number of mozzies but there seems to be a mozzie epidemic at the moment. Expensive, but for a special occasion I think it is hard to beat around here.
