My family visited there on July 3 afternoon. It’s great place to visit shopping and dining. Some goods price were cheaper than Bangkok and other cities. Many brands with discount found there. Must visit place in Hua Hin.
Modern air conditioned mall that makes a nice trip for those seeking shopping in some style and comfort. Easy to use and access.
Good choice of stores and excellent air conditioning.
Basement has a market area with stalls selling a variety of souvenirs. Clothing etc
Upper floors more traditional shopping centre type shops.
Market Village is the place to visit to meet all shopping needs, with a wide range of small specialized shops as well as a large Tesco Lotus and a HomePro; several banks are there to replenish your supply of baht and both large and small electronics shops meet all needs. Need a haircut, a perm, a shampoo, or a massage? All there, with choices. Plus several opticians, a comprehensive camera shop, and even furniture as well as a multiplex showing cinemas (the latest releases, both Thai and international). It also boasts numerous restaurants serving Japanese, Korean, Italian, Starbucks, pizza, hamburgers, ice cream, and so forth. Locals often prefer heading to the basement for a wonderful selection of Thai dishes and very reasonable prices. Market Village is conveniently located in the middle of town, and its popularity with the locals demonstrates its effectiveness in meeting all needs for consumption of goods and services.
I love this mall in Hua Hin! From the centre of Hua Hin, you take a taxi or tuk tuk. The cost of taxi in Hua Hin is quite expensive as there are no meters. They charge by the day or as per their whim - am not a bargainer so if it is not a fixed price, I simply dump the idea. Tuk tuk costs 200 Bhat or more depending!!! Songthaew come in red, green and white and cost between 10 and 20 bhats per person. It is a truck with two rows facing each other and has a buzzer on the ceiling. The one, I travelled to the Market village even had a fan :). I found it an exotic of travelling easily and safely in Hua Hin! It is a bit difficult to get hold of them in the evenings near the Cicada Market, you simply have to wait a little bit longer. Just make sure you are going in the proper direction, ask the locals, even if they speak pidgin english and thai, they are always helpful!
I do not recall s
Clean, modern and air-conditioned there is a full Tesco Supermarket, Home Pro hardware and electrical, plus a top floor of the latest phones and gadgets.
When it heat's up this is a great option for comfortable shopping and light dining.
There is also a Cinema and leisure area for kids on the top floor.
