We have visited the Market Village on two visits to Hua Hin. In the evening there are a variety of stalls in the mall's forecourt selling small goods. My wife bought a pair of sunglasses - cheap but useful and two pairs of handcrafted earrings which are quite attractive.

The two stores which we find most useful are the Tesco/Lotus supermarket (well-stocked) and Boots pharmacy. In Boots prices of some items are significantly cheaper than at home so we stock up when we are in Hua Hin - in particular we buy toiletries.

We have eaten in several of the restaurants but the ones we chose were average - nothing special.

While we there a clothing store near Tesco/Lotus (I do not remember its name) had a sale and I bought three polo shirts at very competitive prices compared with prices at home.

Definitely worth a visit.

We've shopped here on many occasions whilst holidaying in Hua Hin. As the other reviews state it's anchor tenant is Tesco Lotus and there are many other international retail outlets on show as well as food and beverage outlets. There are 3 floors within the mall to explore and on the top floor is a cinema and bowling alley. I have found plenty of clothing bargains and regularly purchase shorts and shirts from there.

Nice huge indoor mall with everything you need from food to computer and garden stuff. This is the one if you don't like the hot outdoor markets. Very good location. Not to cold. Parking can be somewhat difficult especially if you come with motorbike. Be sure to go there early! You can go same way cars go to park but don't stand in the line, just pass cars on the left side and continue round the building and there is a huge motorbike parking for free. Prices are ok at this market.

There's lots of shops but a lot of it is stuff you don't want to buy. A lot of the good stuff is a little expensive. In the end it's pretty average.

The Market Village obviously has no competition (yet), as the prices for especially clothing suggests. We even noticed some jeans being 5 times as expensive as with any US Walmart.
But in terms of cafes and restaurants it hosts a great variety at reasonable prices.
The Tesco supermarket provides you with a full range of goods and nutrition at one spot. Yes, it is more expensive than on any market, but you find everything in one location.
Also the small bakery shop in front of the supermarket became a well visited location with us. They have a vast variety of sweet products as for breads, roles and croissants of any kind you could think of. And it is all freshly baked on their premises.
All in all, we enjoy shopping at this mall and then always take a Tuk Tuk for the way back when loaded with shopping bags.
