What can you say about this original first golf course built in Thailand. It is a very challenging layout that offers golfers of all levels a true golfing experience. It can get a little warm during the low season, but the huge trees provide enough shade to stay cool. Caddies are always willing to help with the umbrellas to get cover from the sun. This course is located directly in Hua Hin town. Does not receive the accolades of Black Mountain and Banyan, but on the other hand, the layout and history of this course makes it well worth playing while in Hua Hin.

Also the caddies and rental equipment!!

Bring your own clubs and get a caddie that can see/walk/hear.

I walked this course. My Caddie had a very hard time keeping up with me.. out of breath on every green.
The course was not in the best of shape. It was in desperate need of fairway cutting as it was like hitting out of the rough. The rough was almost impossible.

Maybe it was due to lots of rain that it was not in the best shape??

Anyway, MUCH better equipped courses in Thailand. This course needs renovation for EVERYTHING.

this is the oldest golf club in Thailand, set at the foot of the mountain. the club house is just across from the railway station in the town centre. Well worth a visit just to get the sense of history

This course is more or less in the middle of Hua Hin. It's nothing special but fine for a quick 18 holes. It was reasonably priced and there are plenty of places to stop for a beer or two. The course itself is looking a little tired in some areas.

The clubhouse is nice and serves food although we did not eat so I cant comment.

Overall its average and OK!
