Firstly, thank you for the birthday cake. There is a nice pool and big room and every staff is very polite and efficiency.
The location is not bad, to Cicada Market only 2 mins by walk. Opposite Road have a 2 massage shop

Dear Coco H

Thank you for your review, and we are delighted that you had a pleasant stay. Cicada market is definitely one the local highlights located just a mere 5 minutes’ walk from our hotel. Next time I do suggest you try our Breeze Spa which has some fantastic buy 1 get 1 free packages at the moment.
Looking forward to welcoming you back soon

Nice Environment and comforatable bed, location is good, near Cicida Market, but Kid's room is not so big. Hotel is young and energy, all staffs are ver nice and helpful. Room is very clean, I admire it so much. Will stay again.

Dear Wong

Thank you for your review of our hotel, we are delighted that you had a pleasant stay with us. I must say that our beds are definitely a highlight of our rooms, I personally have one of them too. Amari Hotels is privileged to say that we have our beds custom made for us by Dream Master.

The thing is, we also have many people missing their check out times due to this :)

Looking forward to welcoming you back soon

Service:
We arrived in the morning way before the usual 2pm checking time (fleeing from BKK protests) and within 30 min. the room was ready.
We actually didn't even have to wait, because we were asked to enjoy their complementary breakfast.

Staff:
Friendly and polite - Always a smile on their faces.
Even though we were not the easiest guests, the staff fulfilled all our requests (change rooms, taxi service and other special arrangements)

Room:
We were upgraded and had a nice pool view. The bed is very comfortable.
Appreciating this special upgrade, but surely not expecting or even demanding it (like other guests)

Beach:
Beach? not really. But a nice and long pool.

Spa:
Oh my... Totally worth it.
So relaxing and very professional (unlike the one across the street for 350 THB). Well, you get what you pay for...

Location:
A bit far from the city center, but there is a shuttle bus (only 3 times a day though)

Room Tip: Ask nicely, if you can get a pool view. Main building has the best pool view. Or book it, to be on...

I'm staying here right now. Although the hotel is brand new and very plush it has more of a business feel to it than a holiday vibe. My main grumble with this hotel is how they seem to treat guests differently . Some friends of ours stayed here a few weeks ago, they got an automatic upgrade and complimentary fruit basket, my parents who checked in a day before us also got a complimentary upgrade to a pool view room and had the fruit basket. We checked in yesterday and asked for a pool view room but got told there would be an additional cost of 500 baht per night. I thought this was outrageous, the cost was not the issue but on principle I refused to upgrade. We've been stuck in a room with half a balcony, one chair and a view of some ugly buildings. Amari a big tip for you! Treat all guests the same as they talk to each other!!!!

The other point to mention about this hotel is it has no sandy beach and the complimentary shuttle that drops you off in town only offers three time slots a day, none of which are around the time people would want to go for an evening meal .

The best part of this hotel is probably the breakfast and ok wifi connection but it's still not enough to make me stay here again. I've previously stayed at the Sheraton in hua hin which had a much more relaxed, upmarket holiday feel to it.

Room Tip: Don't stay here if you want a beach or you want to be close to town. Also pool area is very wind...

Thank you very much for sharing your feedback during your stay. I hope we will still have the opportunity to meet personally to talk about the issues you raised and find a solution which will make you leave our property with a positive impression. It is certainly not our intention to have "different treatment for different guests", and I am sorry if it was percieved that way.
Kindly ask for me at the Front Desk and I look forward to meeting you.

With kind regards,
Christoph

We´re long time Amari customers.
Again, everything during this stay - perfect like allways.
We´ve get an room on floor 7 - room 1701. The view of tis room was not perfect. I talked to your reception staff and they offered me immediately another room. But we´ve been only 1 night overthere. So we didn´t change the room.
So for our experiences, please do not offer long time customers rooms like 1701, 1601...

It is our first time stay here but several time staying in Hua Hin. We think stay near Hua Hin town is the best option. The hotel location is well appointed not far from the town but not too close so you feel like it is too crowded. The hotel is relatively new, love the interior, easy parking, easy check in, room card access is working well. The pool probably one of the nicest and comes with baby pool as well. Breakfast is the highlight as well but if you come down later than 9.30 am you might have to wait for table. The beach is only access by hotel cart so you will need to spare time for the wait. Overall I like the hotel and recommend for who looking for one the best budget friendly hotel in Hua Hin.
