My wife and I booked onto this cooking class and it was fantastic. We were shown what to buy (actually at the market), how to prepare/cut/mix the ingredients and then how to cook them. It really means that apart from the memories of a nice holiday, you have the practical ability to cook the most common dishes that you would have enjoyed at the local restaurants. Green/Red curry chicken, Thai egg noodles, Tom Yum Goong soup (the best) and Coconut milk desert. Beau was very skilled, patient and helpful- giving great advice on things like ' if you can't find any xxx back home try yyy instead...', pragmatic and helpful. If your spending any time in Hua Hin, we would strongly recommend this course. This was by far the best experience we had in Hua Hin.
