“A perfect Sunday lunch”
Reviewed December 22, 2013

In Hua Hin for the week end to watch the fireworks we decided to visit the Hu Hin Hills Vineyard and have lunch there. The beautiful weather with blue sky and the cool weather (for Foreigner) and freezing cold (for Thai) did help make this lunch experience special. Located 25km from downtown HH the drive is well marked and easy. Road a bit bumpy in some areas.
Parking is plenty and assisted by guards restaurant design is uniquely perched on a hill looking down into the Monsoon valley. Menu is simple but with some interesting dishes. we took cold cuts platters one with cheeses and 4 different mains (Western and Thai food) and deserts. Everyone enjoyed their food and deserts were good too. We had a bottle of Sparkling Rose at THB 1'799 (sold the same price at the retail shop) toilets are clean and service was attentive. On the way out we indulged in some "home made" ice creams which were delicious. All in all a great excursion or drive from HH for a very enjoyable "lazy" Sunday family lunch. There are vineyard tours arranged in a jeep and some playground for younger kids. One advice, come early as the place gets very busy after 12:30!

“Spend a day here”

If you are a wine lover you should visit Hua Hin Hills Vineyard. About 1 hours trip from Hua Hin up in the hills you will find a beatiful nature and a comfortable temperature.
High quality food and wine combined with tour around the wineyard is quite an attraction

“A great place for a relaxing lunch”
Reviewed December 18, 2013

Quite a long drive from Hua Hin over bumpy road surfaces but well worth it when you arrive. The setting is lovely with the restaurant overlooking abundant vines and beautiful scenery. The menu for lunch had a good range of dishes and the food was of excellent quality, The wines we chose were also very good and the service was good and unobtrusive. It was a place one of our friends had recommended as a change from the sometimes too much hustle and bustle of Hua Hin and we were very pleased that we had followed her advice.

“A beautiful vineyard in Thailand”
Reviewed December 10, 2013

Hua Hin Hills is a beautiful vineyard set in the rolling hills outside of Hua Hin. From the visitors center you can look out over the views of the vineyard in the foreground with the mountains in the background. We took a four-wheel-drive tour of the vineyard facility in an old WWII-era Jeep with seats fashioned in the back, and we really enjoyed getting to drive among the vines! (And, if you are interested in historical vehicles, the Kaiser Jeep was impressing itself as well!) After the tour you can head to the tasting room in the visitors center and get to sample a taste of their wines and relax while drinking in the view.

“The most civilized way to spend an afternoon out of HuaHin.”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

Very good wines, i.e. French Colombard, comparable to European standards in taste (and price!),
very polite service organised by Khun Koy, solid food. And one needs a rock solid 4 WD to get there
after the recent floods washed parts of the road away. But it's certainly worth the trip and the best way to leave the hustle and bustle of HuaHin behind. Hopefully their branch in HuaHin will reopen soon at a new location.
