Fabulous views from the golf terrace. Rare to find someone design a terrace that gives you 360 degrees view of the mountain. That's clever. Difficult layout that keeps you thinking on your toes. You do need caddies. The way these greens putt will do your head in! I was looking at an uphill slope then the caddy insist 'downhill' 'fast'. Didn't believe her. Took us about 9 holes before we realise that when they say uphill, downhill - it refers to the speed of your putt. The breaks are very wide. In the beginning we didn't believe them when they tell us to chip to 1 flag to the right. But it turn out to be correct. So listen to your caddy. Never mind if it looks weird, strange, incomprehensible. They know, we don't! Guess what - they're excellent too. Of all courses we played, this must be the most difficult. So if you like that, Banyan is for you!
