“a very nice day trip! big park to walk around but bring your umbrella it is so hot!”
Reviewed June 22, 2013

worth a visit! just 30 minutes from cha-am! There so much more to see! and you should watch the Thais how they do and follow their rituals! So buy the "donation kit" (flower / gold / incense stick) then after you done all like the Thais you walk 3 times under the big wooden elephant (have a look how the Thais do it) yes you should touch the genitals for good luck and after all done you throw a couple of baht into the elephant mouth! then you should go and buy a amulet or small Buddha from here! But please remember it is a religion not a souvenir shop...so you should respect the things you bought! Next you go maybe just for a refreshment and buy a water or ice cream to go then down to the fishpond, before you go down there do not forget to buy some fish food on the right hand site before you go down (you got there also the donation kit)! After chill down in the shadow with the fish it is time to go to the left! There is a big big tree laying under a roof they believe there is ghost and they make a sacrifice such as toys or dress ...but have a look! not many tourist go there so again watch the Thais how they do and act....take off your shoes! Enjoy your day and if you still have the power to do something more you are on the right way to the "hua-hin vineyards" or "Pala-U" so if you went early morning to the temple you will be able to manage all three things in one day! But i recommend just the temple and the vineyards for one day!

“Quick visit to statue”
Reviewed June 19, 2013 via mobile

We visited this place briefly on way back fron Majestic Golf Club. There is a big statue with 2 elephants guarding the bottom of the steps. People were walking under and round the elephants praying and it looked like sick people were praying for cures.
