It's not worth traveling there. Controlled by the Army it is not really a Temple but a tourist attraction. Meant to get Tourists in there and pay a lot of money. Only good thing......... The "Temple" is without entrance fee. At least there they don't cheat the foreigners

Worth a visit to get the atmosphere without too much touristic commercialisation. Some great places to eat en route and an enjoyable experience.

We keep coming to Thailand because it's not like Disneyland. Luckily we had a great guide that showed us around, how to pray etc. Fascinatingly the statue is not of Buddha but of a devoted monk that the Thai people have a special respect for. Most people coming to Thailand to see the Thai culture in action will love this spot and the opportunity to people watch. For Buddhists it's a must.

Well worth going to see. Nice gardens to wander around, Not too far from Hua Hin. Went on a cloudy day, must be hot when it's sunny. Combined trip with floating market.

No problem if you are renting a car but if you take a taxi, make sure he waits for you and probably combine with the floating market on the way back to town.

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful and tranquil. Worth a visit but don't bank on being there more than 30 minutes.
