I had my experienced stay at The Bed Hotel for more than 3 times. Why I chose to go back because their hotel location's is extremely good and convenient for us. But the last experienced is very terrible. The front desk girl unhelpful at all and looked like doesn't like to do their job, it's okay to not put on smile at your face but at least the way how to talk to your guest should be more polite.
I always thought Thailand is the most polite country especially hotel employees, but after this I have to think twice whether still want to travel to hatyai.

But I have to praise the doorbell boy... they are really nice, but no for the front desk girl. This is a really disappointed and bad trip.

This hotel is highly recommended. We did not see this hotel when we planned to visit Hatyai. This was a real "blessing in disguise" . The receptionist speaks very good English (she was on duty on Friday morning, 1st February,2019, too bad we did not catch her name), there was one bell boy, Rusiman, who was super helpful and the best thing is he is fluent in Malay and also Thai languages. He helped us to get the best tuk tuk for our rides and explained to the driver where we wanted to go.

The rooms are spacious and clean. They even have 2 cans of coke in the mini bar foc!
The location is very strategic. Next to it is a massage palour, and right across from it is a huge 7E store which sells anything and everything!!

This hotel is highly recommended. Go and experience the urban chic lifestyle as the tagline suggests :))

A great place to stay in Hat Yai. The rooms are clean including the toilets and beddings. They even provide you with free drinks and snacks in the mini bar. Lovey pictures and wordings are placed on the walls of the room which made us feel even more welcomed. The front desk staff are super friendly, helpful and have a good command of English. A special thanks to Rusiman who helped us a lot in making our stay enjoyable and memorable. A good staff indeed. In short, the Bed can be summarized in one word, SUPERB !!
