Return visit to the hotel last week and were happy to see improvement to food quality and range since our last stay in Feb 2013. But continuous efforts are needed. Some observations: repeat items in seafood and Japanese buffets making it less attractive to try both. Tradtional thai dishes, in particular the popular thai noodle soup, which should be interesting to foreign visitors were sadly missed together with some main western items. Chefs and service staff were ethutiastic to help diners, but if they would also seek their feedback, it would help to make the different buffets more attractive and better meet diners' satisfaction. Taste, flavour, aroma and texture are keys and should be as authentic as possible.
As for room, a flat screen TV with better reception and coverage are important, together with an additional coffee chair and stand lamp for reading are necesscities even for standard rooms. Hope to see further improvement to areas mentioned in our next visit.
