“Nice & Friendly hotel”
Reviewed February 2, 2012

Stayed there during 2012 Chinese New year (26th Feb 2012). Bell and front office staffs are friendly and helpful although they are running at its peak. Clean bed and bath / toilet. Fridge and coffee counter in the room filled with snacks, drinks and even condom.

Location is good with street food, shopping mall money changer, tour agents and massages nearby.

Room walls with dirty look and many marks from luggage and furniture, made room look shabby. Price list for all room items included price for lamp shades and the bathtub plug!
Minibar included snacks and condoms... Again, that gave a slight icky sensation, but bath and bed were ok.
Make sure you check many agents for transfer options and prices. The guys opposite the railway station seem to exploit their position.

The hotel is about 2 blocks from the shopping centre (Central) and most hawker stalls. It is also about 10 minutes' drive from the market where you can purchase most clothing, food and stainless steel pots and pans. The room is okay but probably need some improvement or refurbishment in its furniture for the price paid compared to hotels around the area. Parking is available behind the hotel which is convenient if you're driving.

As what all other members said a good things about this hotel, I have to agree 110%. My stayed at this hotel was on November 17th to 20th with another three friends of mine. Good location where lots of eating area arround the hotel especially to my fellow muslims who are looking for 'Halal' food, just a walking distance to one and another. The hotel also just a walking distance to Lee Garden Plaza, Santisuk Market & a lots more.

As for your conviniences while in the room you may ask one of their Bellboy, Mr. Suriyan P should you need anything. I mean anything at all from a bottle of drinking water, take away food or even pack of cigerrette. This guy will go all out to help you. He is very nice guy.

Overal my stayed at this hotel was enjoyable and will definately stay at this hotel when I'm in Hat Yai.

Room Tip: Deluxe room good enought

We stayed for two separate nights while passing through Hat Yai. The first time the room was a bit dingy and the second time, still dingy but a bit less so. The entrance and foyer give a very good impression but when you get to the actual rooms, they are a bit scruffy around the edges. It looks like it is in need of a bit of an update. Having said that the rooms were still ok, especially for the price which was not very expensive. The breakfast was really good with a great selection of Thai and western food and lovely fruit, the coffee was also really good which is not always the case in Thailand. It is also in a great location for eating, shopping and access to the train station which is why we stayed there. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Higher up has a nicer view

Paid thb1500 for a room with free breakfast for two. The room was spacious and definitely worth the price. Aircon was working well and the bed was sufficiently comfortable for a decent shut eye. Food is abundant in the area especially after dark. The concierge is very friendly and best of all, speaks decent English. Told us a number of good places to eat. Would come again and highly recommended.

The looks of hotel is not so estatic or very attracting once you enter it the porter will take you near to reception which falls on left of the hotel couple of good looking receptionist and warm welcome you get from them but they will ask you to deposit your passport thats bit strange for me as i have been to Malaysia and Singapore no one asks to deposit the passport but in Thailand you need to do it.
As soon you get in room there will constant offers of massage from bell boy who will tell he has pretty freind who can offer massage you have to politely refuse him and evening time he will ask you need body to body massage or full service (sexual favours) from near by KTV shops he surely gets his commission so he will pursue this again and again.

so depends you need it or not otherwise hotel is okay carpet was dirty and other things were fine

Room Tip: I think rooms are quite okay if you dont need hi fi stuff so you can rely on and stay here
