Love the local product that been displayed and sold here. Bought some for souvenirs and the handmade shoes is not a miss. simple yet comfortable. Not really a good place for eateries but just outside the mall, plenty of selections to try from hawker stall to restaurant.

Best location but bad service, bad facilities and old

1. The lobby was cute with round style, I hope I get some smile from the reception next time, are they to busy or having some bad times?

2. The room was smelly, full of cigarette smoke when we check in (the room is not smoking room)
We request for another room and didnt get it, and then after like 2 hours waiting, the staff coming to spray some parfume. The smoke is coming from the aircond.

3. The extra bed come after 1 hour waiting and 3 times request to reception, and the bed was... please review my photo attach with this post

First time staying at Lee Gardens Plaza hotel with my family. The room was clean and decent although it looked quite old. Basic amenities were provided. The place is good enough for short leisure stay. Not quite suitable for business though. Location is good with food and shopping options available around the area.

I Had Go Hat Yai for So Many Time. l Like to Stay In Lee Gardens Plaza.
1). Reception Services Not Bad.
2). Room Still Can Accept.
3). Breakfast Not Bad.
4). Location Good. Night Time Can Walk Around And Easy To Look For Foods.
5). If Take Bus Go. Bus Just Stop Near Lee Gardens Hotel.

This plaza is a landmark of Hatyai, great location with plenty of shopping mall, street foods, day & night market nearby. The hotel stay come with complimentary breakfast, which is value for money. 33rd floor has buffet dinner, it is worth to try though the food is so so only, but the price of 169 baht per person is really worthy, consider it is located at hotel & it is highest floor in Hatyai, you can enjoy beautiful scenery there! The negative point was the aircond sound is very loud, make you hard to sleep if you like quite environment
