Modern amid the town

3.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Jan 25, 2017
Back to the town after go to another district. Located in the middle of the town.
Unfortunately, quite far away to Weekend market but you can rent bike around town.

Breakfast and wifi is nice. Service is so so, should be more friendly as it's hostel, not only place to people go in and out

a very very nice hostel. one of the best in SE Asia so far.
lovely staff, very friendly and helpful
location is great, a little walk to the center
very clean hostel, comfy bed, breakfast is not included and a bit difficult if you're a vegetarian, nice showers, fridge and microwave
the only negative point is, that the dorm was facing the main road...and it was really loud. on the first night I had to spend 1-2 hours outside the dorm because I couldn't fall a sleep

Such a cozy and relaxing nest to stay while exploring Chiangrai. In city center.
White and woody theme interior hostel with shared dorm and private room.

Breakfast available for choosing and will be well prepared in the morning. Relaxing space to rest and spend your day. Small cooking and dining table in the hostel.

We stay in private family room with bathroom inside. We got room on 3rd floor. Spacious and clean room.

Good price
Good design
Relaxing atmosphere

Friendly staff.
Good location.
Easy access on Phaholyothin road.

Will be back again.

Gorgeous well designed lobby. cheap breakfast available, helpful information for activities (i recommend coconut tours!!) and staff friendly and helpful where they can. We stayed in dorms - clean rooms, but squeaky beds. Great Spaces downstairs and upstairs to hang out. Overall a pleasant stay!

Everything you would expect of an above average hostel - clean, beautifully decorated, lots of common spaces and amenities. Everything is great, no complains.
But my bed (in the 6 bed dorm) was squeaky, so I was in constant fear of disturbing others whenever I toss and turn in my sleep.
The hostel is also a fair walk from the night market and bus station. About 10-15mins walk. Walkable but i believe there are closer ones which may not be as nice. So it is a toss up between slight distance and comfort.

Room tip: The private rooms looked great! Would have stayed in them if there were available.

We were so tired because of the walk from the Old Bus Terminal but the fresh looking facade of the hostel gave us a renewed energy. The hostel's lobby is one of the coolest and most stylish I've ever seen with all the decorations and well laid-out spaces. The common areas are not that large in terms of space yet intimate enough to encourage travelers into conversations and small talks. We stayed in a private triple with a queen and a twin bed both covered with clean sheets. I also liked the warm vibe of the room with incandescent bulbs used to light the room. Free bottles of water, room slippers, flat screen television, and a working desk out of bamboo add as in-room amenities.

You can choose from 4 options for your complimentary breakfast and the servings are really generous and filling. The staff are very accommodating and helpful in arranging tours and calling for taxis when bound to the airport. Definitely a must place to stay in this part of Thailand.
