we found this place just walking around the street were many (and quite overpriced) guestshouses are.
So far it has been one of the best places that we have found, it was clean, new, with ac, tea and coffee for free, and just a few blocks away from the bus station. Sonthaya, the owner was always happy to respond all our requests. We had a had a great time there

We got to Chiang Rai without booking acomodation and when we were walking in the street a lady jumped on us offering this 1 month new guesthouse. I spoke with the owner and she made a very good price.

So far the best and most complete guesthouse in Thailand in the price range we were looking for...

They even had a fridge in the room which is very handy in Thailand :)

Good choice!!!

Room Tip: All the rooms are the same.
