Our expectations were high based on the hotel we had in LA. This place was not what we expected. Might have been bad luck, we chose based on price and location for visiting my wife's family. Not many English speaking staffs. Nice grounds but rooms could have been a little more nicer and cleaner.

Clean, cozy, comfortable, value for money

After a day trip at Chiang Rai, as we are so tired & we didn't expect our tour guide booked the hotel for us just for RM120 / night which included breakfast. The hotel is comfortable. Our room is clean, looks comfortable. However, we just overnight at the hotel & most of the time we're at other attraction places.

Room tip: Choose the room facing to the greenery scenery as my friend's room was facing to the hotel extension construction.
