Stayed one night here, have never stayed here before but have stayed in places nearby.
Price was a winner for what it was it was cheap. Rooms were neat and clean the only drawback was that the shower wet the whole bathroom area which made it hard to use afterwards.

Room tip: There are 3 floors in the building, we were on the second one,no complaints, walls were a bit thin, but with good neigbours sleep came easily.

We stayed in a small room which was a little squishy once a mattress was placed on the floor for my daughter, but it was clean. The bathroom wasn't great but if you're only staying a couple of nights, it's okay. It's a fairly large complex but we didn't hear any noise from any other guests. We were on the third floor towards the front, so a little bit of music wafted in from nearby bars, but not so that you'd lose sleep over it. Mosquito wire on the windows was fantastic, so you could open them for some air. The breakfast is very simple - bananas and toast when we were there. It's close to the night market, cafes and a local market down the road.

Room tip: There's little wifi signal on the third floor.

We spent two nights here, paying 350b per night for a double room with tv, air con & fridge. The room was clean and well laid out with plenty of space for our bags etc. Its in a good location for bars and amenities.

We stayed here a few days before high season which meant the double aircon room with breakfast was still only 350 baht. The room was great, really nice size and the lady at reception made sure we had a ground floor room so we could get a wifi signal.

The only slight issue was that we could hear guests conversations if they sat on the tables just outside the ground floor rooms, although the other guests seemed considerate and didn't hang around too late at night.

Breakfast is very basic toast, butter, jam and a hot drink and water. You can help yourself to as much toast as you want and you were able to use toasters to adjust the toast settings to your taste. Location is very convenient for sight seeing and restaurants.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It could not have been any closer to everything without being right in the middle of Town. The room rate was fantastic for a lone traveller too, although i was there in the low season

The rooms were clean tidy, maid service everyday , had air con, hot showers, free drinking water everyday and Cable TV. The 'terrace' left a little bit to be desired, but didnt need it anway!

There was a lovely courtyard area, fantastic massage lady next door, good local food down the same Rd, temple at the end of the road, 5 min max walking to the Bus Terminal and Night Market. It couldnt have been easier to get to the local bars also.

I would definately recommend here and will definately go again
