A nice welcoming staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast (the girl at the eggs station was doing an amazing job). Nice hotel grounds on the river bank. Completely unattractive dark room in black and white colours, no mosquito net on the balcony door, the area in front of the elevator leading to the room reminds of industrial zone. Maybe it's irrelevant but doesn't really belong to Le Meridien standard.

Greetings Anna C.
Thank you for your stay and patronage at our resort. We are pleased to hear of your positive words of commendation for the team and the breakfast. Our location and landscaping at the resort do appeal to a lot of guests and add to the relaxation quotient of the stay. We have also noted of your feedback with regards to the aesthetic appeal of the corridor and the mosquito net and will certainly look at how we can improve on this when we do future renovations or refurbishment. May I thank you once again for your patronage and time with the feedback and we look forward to your future visits.
With Best Regards

Wonderfully peaceful hotel right on the River Kok. The hotel is built with many river facing rooms (request one), and has several giant, old trees on the property. Nice, quiet pool, Italian restaurant and bar next to the river are great places to unwind. Large rooms, modern bathrooms and lovely balconies. The spa massage was excellent as well. Highly recommended for a stay in Chiang Rai. Great for business or holiday.

Probably the best hotel we have ever visited. Enormous rooms with high ceilings. Wonderful swimming pool and service. Great breakfast and dinner buffet. Stayed only 2 nights but wished we would have had time for more time. Very recommendable.

Last year, I took a trip to Chiang Rai and stayed at Le Meridien while traveling around the city and temples around the Golden Triangle for business. It's a great location for going to Myanmar or checking out places like The Golden Triangle and Chiang Sean by car.

Staff are friendly, room amenities are decent, breakfast options are on par with the brand. The large area around the hotel is great for taking morning runs or just walking to relax before trips to people-packed areas like the walking street in Chiang Rai.
