My cousin who knows the city well had a discount and offered to make reservation. This resort simply exceeds expectation. The fact that it is right on the beach made it a prime location. And, it is near the HuaHin market which is rather convenient. What is most impressive when you walk pass the lobby along the path to quest rooms, you'll first notice a pool which is a master piece. From big trees in the middle of and on the side of the pool near kids' corner with wading area; two kinds of fountain, one of which you can sit around in the middle of the pool. Every morning, I took my favorite spot around the pool facing the beach, enjoying a cup of coffee. It's marvelous. And, if the sun is too strong, you got a shady area too cool off. There're cozy lounging sofa and chairs everywhere.

The room is cozy and clean; a bit small but snug. A bathroom door is somewhat challenging as it is a huge sliding door. Otherwise, it's satisfactory. Breakfast and lunch buffets are excellent. Many choices from local Thai food; Asian fusion; to European (I daresay there was a delicious French orange duck dish one day!) Lots of choices of bread, pastries, fruits, and beverages. Staff are cordial and efficient. We did not have dinner at the resort since we wanted to explore the market at night time.

The spa experience is fantastic. The ambience itself gave me the feeling that I'm in a world-class spa: spacious and luxurious. The massage room I was in was beautiful; it also has a built-in shower that's a size for 3 people. My first Balinese massage was out of this world; the little touch like a bow of lotus on the floor right where I'm facing down made all the difference in class and style. If you are into pampering, you can't miss a spa time at this resort. The price is on the high end, but it worths every penny.

Note that it is a family/kids-friendly place. Therefore, this might not be ideal for a romantic getaway. Still, a couple may enjoy walking along the beach at sunset. Just stay away from the pool when you need a quiet time.

The resort is beautiful. Rooms are nice, well appointed and clean. The pools, landscape and public areas are beautiful and relaxing.
The beach is nice, some trash washes up and a lot of shells.
The resort has a lot of chairs and umbrellas which are a nice amenty.
The issues: our whirlpool tub in our villa didn't work (they tried to fix it with some success), father stepped on a nail poking up around the pool floor and cut himself, our parents toilet was plugged for a day. Finally the resort begrudgingly relocated our rooms to an upgraded type (because they couldn't fix the toilet), which made up for the issues.
The resort is a good 15 to 20 minute ride to the town of Hua Hin and the night market but cabs and vans can be called easily.
Great breakfast buffet.
Overall a great place to relax and sit by the pool and beach.

Good relaxing stay. The standard room felt a little cramped after putting in the crib for baby. However most of our time was spent outside in the pool and doing activities.

Rooms do need a bit of maintenance very small but as a Guest its nice to have everything spot on. The air con controls were not working properly on the first night and right now (our last night) the air con started smelling of cigarettes, someone must have been smoking near an air vent .

Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were excellent in preparing a surprise candle lit dinner. Highly recommend this.

Also if you are doing horse riding I think the usual cost is 300 baht but I got done for 500 so always ask for better price especially if you are a foreigner.

This hotel is not a luxury resort , don't be fooled into believing that it is. We have just stayed for one week and the hotel is an international package holiday resort, with room quality, service and food to match. The whole resort is in need of some cosmetic renovation and routine maintenance - it is tired looking in many respects (our room had a leaky ceiling in the bathroom, dodgy paintwork, squeaky bathroom door, cracked bath surround, faded and stained seating cushion on the balcony... the pool was full of leaves which was not cleared up often enough and left the pool looking and feeling less than pristine.

Our standard room was facing the side of the hotel and had a pretty boring view of the road. We were also given a twin room instead of a double and it was not possible to change as we were told the hotel was fully booked. The better standard rooms are facing the courtyard. The service is not great and not personal and almost all staff speak only Thai - a little strange for an international hotel group. A mandatory 10% service charge on a food and bar bills probably doesn't incentivise the staff to go 'the extra mile' either. There was no obvious presence of a resort manager during our stay which might explain the lack of care and attention to detail. The food is ok but much better food at a fraction of the price can be had in Hua Hin or in any of the local restaurants. As a result the hotel and bars were completely deserted in the evenings. The place was almost like a ghost town after 8pm.

Still, there are some positives. It is a pretty looking resort with a tranquil feel to it. The spa was lovely , with great treatments and products. There are plenty of sun loungers both by the pool and on the beach. the air conditioning in the rooms worked perfectly. We had a relaxing time here, but it didn't quite meet with our expectations - could be so much better if they address the service and the general maintenance aspects. However I question whether anyone really cares about the feedback here since I have not seen a single response by the hotel to any of the feedback on TA..

Room Tip: Rooms facing he courtyard nicer than those facing the road. If you want a double room make sure this...

We stayed here for 4 days to break our flight from Europe to Australia. Everything was well organised for our transfers from and to Bangkok airport and also while we were at the hotel. It is a lovely resort with a big pool and restaurant right on the beach. We found the food to be excellent and good value. The Spa is excellent. Service is good but the staff speak limited English as most of the people who stay at this resort are Thai people.
