Our 4th stay. We have our favourite room on the 23rd floor. (Suite) but all rooms have a spectacular views.

From the second we arrived we were treated exceptionally well.
Check in and check out were incredibly smooth. Excellent service from Sine and Denise and felt extremely welcomed to be back. The number of staff that provided outstanding service was amazing.

Breakfast was very varied with both a western and an Asian section. Nu and Monk were brilliant.

Tai - a new restaurant has opened since our last stay which has very tasty Asian food at a good price. Also a great happy hour - so well worth visiting!! Service there was super. Special thanks to Toff, Pueng, May and Dear!

The small lobby cafe shop also now serves quite a range of very good snack food - eg sandwiches for 50 baht.

Complimentary shuttle service to Hua Hin 4 x a day. (prebook) was extremely efficient and takes approx 20 mins.

The small village outside the hotel continues to offer some low key night life and basic shops and massages plus a well stocked 711.
(Aroi Dee and Village Bar both highly recommended)

Even the security guards wai you and say "SAWASDEE krap" as you enter and leave. Makes you feel valued and special.

If you are looking for a friendly hotel for your family, this hotel would be an ideal, the hotel facilities beat other hotels around, especially for kids, there´s a kids' room where you can leave your kids without worries, as there´s a staff looking after them in this room. There are 2 small petanque courts provided next to the kid´s zone too, and you can ask for the petanque balls from the staff. Other facilities are also fine, big swimming pool with lots of day beds provided all around, as well as 24 hrs fitness where you can work out with exercise-machines and also yoga equipments. Besides the meeting rooms are big enough to receive over hundreds of guests for seminar or some big events.

ROOM: All rooms are faced to the sea, so every room gets stunning view. The bed is big and comfy with good quality of pillows, you can also choose several types of pillows that fit perfectly for your sleep, everything works fine in my room, and since my room was not on the high floor (10th) i sometimes got the hotel wifi access, but if you would like to use stable internet in room, the hotel provide LAN which you can plug-in and connect directly to ur PC/laptop. All necessary amenities are provided in room, including equipment for ironning, but there are no slippers like most of the hotels in the same stars have, but this just a little thing i can forgive ;)

FOOD and BEVERAGE: Breakfast is alright, not good not bad, international and thai breakfast are provided, I didnt try any restaurants at the hotel, but the ambience is kinda attractive actually, However, i had some food provided by the hotel as the reception dinner for my mum's seminar group, it was a big thai buffet, and it was good. The shop at the lobby floor is a good place for buying drinks and snacks, the price is not so different from regular shops, so it worths buying here instead of walking out of the hotel, and there are not so many shops outside of the hotel. Another place recommended for seafood would be "Pla Too Restaurant" if you want to try some seafood or real thai food, maybe you should try thisi one, it's close to the hotel, you can ask the detail of the direction with the hotel staff :)

ENVIRONMENT: I would say that this hotel is kinda outstanding among the hotels around as it gives you privacy and it is where you can enjoy your relaxation, I spent most of my stay on the "sunbed" right to the beach although the beach is not so nice for swimming , it doesnt mean that you cant swim there, but if you notice from the room or from some photo of some former reviewers , you can see a small moat or canal which the water flows into the sea, and this just doesnt make me feel like swimming in the sea, but it is like this everywhere in Cha-Am and Hua Hin no matter how luxurious your hotel is, you get the same beach.

All in all I am satisfied with this hotel, especially with all the hotel facilities provided, which i think this is the thing that helps Novotel Hua Hin Cha Am survives among the competitive hotel industry in Hua Hin. There are lots of better hotels and resorts in Hua Hin,but i think this is the perfect one for family :) (for honeymoon couples, other hotels may be meet your expectation and satisfaction more)

The time flew so fast when i was in this hotel. As Ive just said, the beach is not the very outstanding for this area, Cha-Am/Hua Hin, so the facilities of the hotel are one of the great helps for you to choose an accommodation to stay in this area. Whether your stay is fullfilled and satisfied, i think it depends on your selection where you chose to stay.

Great hotel between Huahin and Cha Am , if it's a relaxing break you are looking for this is perfect and if you want to explore Huahin then there is a free shuttle bus throughout the day.The staff are very friendly and helpful .The three restaurants serve good food at a reasonable price...would I return most definitely.

We returned to stay at Novotel again to celebrate my son's birthday. He is 3 and loves this hotel to the max. The room is spacious for him to run around, and the swimming pool has a big zone for young kids to be on his own (60 cm deep I think). The kids' room is also the best and my son always asks to go there all day!

Staff are very well trained and offered a great service from the heart. They greeted us with their smiles and always gave us recommendations on facilities, or offered to help us all the time and everywhere in the hotel.

The only thing annoying us was the speed of the elevator. It was a bit slow and we waited for a while especially during peak hours.

The breakfast selection was great, but the venue can be a bit improved.

I guarantee this is the best choice for families with young children.

Room Tip: A junior suite is always the best.

All room are ocean view, so quite a good view specailly high floor room. King size bed is very comfortable. Bathroom has a good hot shower. Staff are very nice and always smile. Swimming pool is good and having a slider. The down side is that there is not much space for the beach and hotel is quite far from Hua hin down town.
